It’s always a delight to dine at Calista Taverna, you feel at home in a warm welcoming environment. The team is outstanding Niko, Costas and the rest of the staff always make it a memorable experience and let’s not forget the culinary delights Thomas is always concocting.

We made a reservation we showed up and the place is closed down permanently. There's no furniture. There's no booze behind the bar. They went out of business.

Bread was burned on 1 side, rib eye steak was a little burned with bitter taste and the salmon was acceptable but yellow rice as side dish was nice. For restaurant with a little higher price, we expected more. We got a salad but we didn't order and we thought it was included since we saw other table got it too. But it was on our bill and it was removed when we mentioned it. We found this restaurant through In Kind app and we were given hard time to use it but we paid through In Kind before we told the waiter, eventually they gave in. I don't know why they are on In Kind app but they didn't want us to use credit we have to pay for our meals. We didn't enjoy the experience with too many little mishaps.

Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy this place. A lady in front of the restaurant is trying to get customers to sit in by handing out menus, which is a big turn off for us. Food was not good, came in very large portion. Which made it very wasteful as we wanted to try multiple things. Food was overall greasy and nothing special to it, giving the fact that there is a lot of Mediterranean / Greek style restaurant in Miami, they have a lot of competition. Was empty, no ambiance. Kind of smelly inside. We won’t be back
