Heirloom Tomato Greek Salad
the classic with arahova feta
Food was average but not worth the usual hamptons overpricing
The server brought the wrong order to several tables multiple times.
Super cute atmosphere! Great food and service!
They charge 18% Administrative Fee which is ridiculous. On the top of it they ask you to add a tip. Not “additional tip”.
Food is decent but overpriced. My steak was cooked medium well instead of medium rare. Service is mediocre. Servers don’t have complete knowledge of the menu.
The restaurant is extremely overpriced. A Greek salad is $24. Plus they put a mandatory gratuity of 18 per cent on the tab. Even if you eat at the bar.
We sat outside, so there wasn’t much of an “ambience.” Inside the restaurant was beautiful though. For the cost of the drinks, it’s pretty clear that the measurements of the cocktail ingredients required don’t even come close to making one drink, you basically get half. The food was unseasoned and also unimpressive for the price point. You have to place all items that you want to order at once, just to wait for the entree to arrive quite some time later anyway. Our waiter was also quite impatient and seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. Overall, we weren’t impressed, which is unfortunate after wanting to dine there for quite some time. I would say spend the extra $ and go over to Elaia in bridgehampton for some truly incredible Greek food.
Too loud, quick service, good meal. staff helpful.
Our waiter forgot half of the things we ordered the food was not Greek authentic style food it was better two years ago when we went now it’s awful the ambience is terrible it’s too large / used to be quaint and yummy all these things have changed will never return will not recommend tables are too tall for the seats and they’re all miss matched in a bad way not in a good way also ridiculously overpriced if the food was good I wouldn’t mind good luck.
The food was great! Wasn't very crowded which is nice. Would definitely go back again.
Always a great meal, great vibe, good service! A favorite of ours in the Hamptons!
Terrific Fun crowd. We sat outside so Wasnt noisy
Great food. Beautiful night. Fun atmosphere. Will return if I can get a rezzie again.
We had a lovely meal at calissa! The service was friendly and efficient! We loved the saganaki, spanakopita (one of the best I’ve ever had!) and the souvlaki platter for 2 was perfect for sharing! Would definitely go back to try more things on the menu if back in the area in the future!
Beautiful outdoor setting, excellent food, a little slow to take a drink order and get the drinks to the table.
the fish was extraordinary....they did not have swordfish so we had the broiled bronzino instead....it was terrific...I can only imagine how good the swordfish would have been.
The Baklava is outstanding...
Worth a trip
ElaineR- Thank you for the kind words. Chef Bob works very diligently to keep the menu fun and new. Hopefully you will join us again soon and we can "wow" you with your swordfish too. - James
What a fantastic night spent at Calissa! Great food, great service and overall great ambience during such a rainy evening. Thank you.
AlanM- Thank you for spending your MDW with us. I am so happy to hear the rain did not damper your experience. Come back again soon, our summer music lineup is very exciting! -James
Great experience at Calissa. Good food, service, ambiance. Staff and management were great in accommodating a big reservation on Memorial Day Saturday.
The most rude people ever. We walked out. Seated outside in a leaky tent. No heat. Cold. Empty. Awful.
Very good, Delicious food and good service.
Wonderful Mediterranean restaurant, with fun cocktails including a spicy margarita and One Night in Chios cocktail.
We enjoyed Greek salad, lentil salad with fresh peas, local swordfish, roasted cauliflower, and chicken souvlaki platter accompanied with warm pita, tzitzaki, and arugula salad
Highly recommend for a fresh, healthy and delectable meal.
wfoodie- Thank you for the 5 stars! It is great to hear that you were able to enjoy so many different menu items. It is always difficult to pick just one or two. Come back and see us again soon, Summer brings even more new menu choices.-James
The food, service everything was great
Food was very very good. The bronzino, lamb chops, Spanish Octopus were amazing. Def will come back.
Our experience was a little disappointing. The table the sat us at was super sunny so we asked if we could move to a shadier spot on the perimeter. We did, but the shade didn't last long once the sun moved. People were seated after us at our old table and they accommodated them by bringing out patio umbrellas. We asked for an umbrella but it wouldn't fit under the string lights by our table, so we were stuck in the sun. Not sure why an umbrella wasn't offered to us when we first asked to move... we would have been much happier staying put and using one.
The food was good but nothing incredible for the prices.
AlexaR- I'm sorry we were not able to manage the sun exposure to your liking. I know it can get warm out there. Hopefully you come back and try us again. -James
We showed up on time for our reservation with a group of 17 people, we didn’t get seated until an hour later. That wasn’t ok. Once we got seated, the service was very slow and took forever to receive drinks. The vibe and ambiance is wonderful, but the service could be better. Faster and more attentive to their customers, especially when they have large parties. You would think they’re on top of that, but apparently not. Food was good otherwise.
Baclava was not fresh
We went to Calissa for Mothers Day dinner. We sat outdoors on purpose, even though we are all vaccinated. Indoors was crowded, but the beautiful outdoor tent was not. Well done! A comfortable & lovely outdoor space with plenty of room between tables and great service. We had a great time!
Amazing food and ambiance!!! Feels like your in Mykonos for the night!! A little pricey for the value however but so is almost anywhere in the Hamptons!
Service was beyond appalling. Snobby. Not going back soon
Beautiful place, great service, excellent food and nice ambient
Food was awful. Service was awful. Ruined mothers day
We had a fantastic brunch there and will be going back for sure.
The complimentary glasses of champagne was a nice touch.
Israel was wonderful and made the whole night special! We did the Greek feast for a friend’s bachelorette dinner and the food was outstanding! When they say feast they mean it! Could not recommend this restaurant enough
Excellent food, deafening noise and music.
Service was horrible. Took 45 mins to get olives. Had to ask for everything twice from our server.
We enjoyed the outdoor seating terrace along with good service and food. Great place for brunch, with several choices for our party of 5
Ricky is the best! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening.
Love this place! The food, staff and ambience are impeccable. Perfect for all occasions. We’ve been here multiple times and are always happy we came- you will be too!
