   I chose priority seating via Open Table. I received an email confirmation. We arrived at the restaurant, indicated out priority seating option and were told that they never received the request. Luckily, wait was ok (15-20 minutes). Clearly, there was a breakdown in the system.

   Employee at host desk did not know how to check us in for our reservation. We explained it was an Open Table reservation and he assured us he would get someone to help him. He never did and we were marked as a "no show" to Open Table, which meant going through a few explanations with Open Table to get that straightened out. Food was good--not great. Pizza crust was very crispy and as it cooled down, it got hard and difficult to cut and chew. The server was nice and polite, and did a good job--not a great job. Had to ask for things more than once (extra napkins, a straw, water refill). The appetizer came within seconds of the pizza. We'll think twice before going back.

   After receiving my food, I didn’t see my waitress again until she brought me the check. She never asked how my food was. My food did not taste very good, in fact it was burnt.

   Air conditioning was broken in the place, which made for a stuffy 90 degree dining room. Took 40 minutes for the appetizers to come out after ordering. The bread they brought out was stale, so we asked for another one and it was stale was well. Had the butter cake for dessert, and it was as tasty as ever but the ice cream melted by the time it got to the table from the heat of the place. Manager refused to acknowledge the heat and offered no apologies or compensation; by far the worst experience at a typically safe dinner choice. I’d say stay away from it on a Sunday night.

   Dined at this CPK location for the first time; the service was slow as the girl for our table was serving a bar as well. Our usual pizza's didn't taste the same here... Felt like this was not a true CPK. On the other hand, grilled veg salad was awesome. Hopefully the pizza's and the service can improve.

   Horrible experience! Despite the fact that I had a reservation the manager decided to close early on july4th. He let us in but then made us feel extremely rushed and left half the meal. Food was not fresh and didn’t even give me my points for California Pizza kitchen. Called their HQs and they never returned my call. Just awful experience!!
