   I usually like CPK, but this time: 1. We waited so long to be seated (more than 80% of the tables were empty) 2. We ordered appetizers, and about 5 minutes later we ordered our entrees. The appetizers came and about 5 minutes later, while still eating our appetizers, the entrees came. I asked the waitress to take our entrees back and keep them warm until we were finished with our appetizers. 15 minutes later we asked for our entrees to be brought back, thinking they'd make new ones!!! Nope! The pizza, after sitting under the warmer for 15 minutes, wasn't the same any more. 3. The Bianco flatbread was way too salty. It had to be sent back.

   This was my first time using priority seating. By the time our party of 4 all showed up, we were seated right away. Service was excellent and once we were done eating, we sat and talked and the staff didn't mind at all. They were very friendly.

   The service was absolutely above and beyond! Not only did the many staff members check in to see how our lunch was, they also anticipated additional needs (i.e. offering a to-go cup with a final drink refill).

   Great spot-- but no use to sign up for this "priority seating'-- OpenTable needs to take this place off the app. It does not give you a reservation, and it is a pain for them to mark you "there" in order to report it to Open Table. If you do not make sure this is done, you will be put down as a no-show. The restaurant is great though, aside from this app being paired with it.

   CPK is always good. I think the prices are high for pizza and salad, but the food always tastes good and is satisfying.

   The priority seating is not a reservation, and we ended up waiting another 20 minutes for a table. The couple arriving after us did not have a reservation and got seated just about the same time. It was a very busy night. Server was too overwhelmed to refill our drinks, and tried order a pizza with half cheese/half no cheese (husband has an allergy but still loves the toppings)... we were brought a whole pizza no cheese. Server swore there was cheese on it, but it was literally just crust with toppings... and getting his attention was too difficult until it came time for our check. He took the pizza off he bill, which was kind - but we were still hungry after so we drove through Del Taco. Just a real bummer. Won’t be back.
