I just want to commend Youberd and his staff at the Old Orchard CPK location. It was our first time dining here. We normally go to Cheesecake Factory or Uncle Julio's when we're at Old Orchard, but that won't be the case after last night's experience. Youberd was very polite, energetic, and overall a very pleasant, happy person. He exemplifies all of the traits that every customer service person should possess. Our server Mike who was also outstanding made some excellent recommendations for dinner, and my daughter, husband and I had a fabulous time. I did mention how we felt like family dining here, and he said that's his goal when customers visit the restaurant. When I was leaving, I asked the host for his name, because I wanted to make sure Management knows what wonderful employees work at this location. Thanks for the experience! The food was also delicious, and we will definitely be back soon. Go Youberd and Mike!!!

Have eaten at other locations before and this compared very favorably. Service was excellent, food was very good and as expected and they have a nice area to eat outdoors.

We were seated promptly with our Priority reservation. Service was good and Salads were very delicious, but the Pizza was very disappointing! We had ordered Whole Grain thin crust, and it fell short of what we have come to expect from California Pizza Kitchen.

Everything was wonderful the food the service even there was parking. TV's were blasting with the cubs game There's really not much more I could add except I will go back again.
