   Unbelievably chaotic atmosphere inside, it was not that busy but all of the waiters looked to be overwhelmed. It took a while to be seated, and it took a while for somebody to come take our order. We were routinely brought incomplete items, for example we were brought two plates when they were three of us. We were brought 2 waters and their three of us. We were brought our Moscow mules at different times, one came with the straw, one did not. We had to go to the bar to request napkins. They had no idea what Opentable was or how to handle it. And when I asked they said well maybe we should ask the manager he can educate us. The waitress did have a cheery disposition, but over all these people did not have any clue what was going on in the restaurant. It was a long drawn out dinner, the food was good though. Also, tables were unbiased and the overall ambience was messy. Didn’t seem like there was much effort put into appearances.

   It will probably be another 10 years before I return, when I forget how bad the experience was. Service, pizza and the restaurant decor need an overhaul. Pasta dishes were surprisingly good, considering.

   We took our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grand kids there on a visit to the mall. The service was outstanding. Managed to keep 2 young kids entertained and they ate all their pasta. Brought more chips for the spinach & artichoke appetizer. All the food was great. Thanks guys.
