   Main course was too slow to be served & we lost count how many times we were asked whether we wanted anything else to drink! That said, the food was well cooked and good quality, though pricey. A bill of £398 including service for 6 with no dessert is excessive.

   Booked. Rushed after work as doctor and ambulance technician. Arrived 10min late and told not enough clients so closed early. 9:30pm on a Friday? We will never book here again.

   We went for a Valentines Day dinner. Food was amazing and service was excellent. We had a really nice evening.

   As always staff fantastic always very welcoming Always very well looked after giving a family feel which is lovely whether you are staying at the hotel or just popping in for coffee the welcome is always the same. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you all

   wonderful service, the meals were perfectly cooked and priced well for the standard we received. definitely will be back and can highly recommend.

   We had pre booked this restaurant for our three night stay in Windsor, which was a mistake. We were also under the impression that the money we had paid included our dinner each night. However, what we had paid was simply deducted from our bill each night meaning there was always a balance to pay. The limited menu was the same every night. Even the "Soup of the Day" was the same two nights running. The prices were probably on par with other hotel restaurants in Windsor, I.e. not cheap, but there were so many other places to eat that were very close by that we did regret our decision to pay for a deal that turned out not to be a,deal at all. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming

   The service was not good. For starters, we made a reservation via Open Table for 5 people - but they said we didn’t (clearly we did or I wouldn’t be leaving this review). It took them 10 minutes to seat us despite the fact only 1 couple was dining at the time (in other words they were NOT busy at all). The server’s demeanor overall was as if he was doing us a favor by taking our orders or answering our questions about menu items. The only saving grace for this place is their food. It’s exquisite -and I guess they know people will keep coming for it so maybe that’s why they don’t focus on customer service. All I know is they won’t be getting our money again.

   5 star all the way! Beautiful hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant and such a friendly staff. I have become a regular customer on a Friday nights for the 2 for 1 cocktails. Top quality cocktails and great service. I thought id try their restaurant too and had a lovely experience. The food was so well presented and so tasty. The Wild Cod is a hit. The service was just perfect, Glessie was very attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you Caleys team for creating another amazing experience.

    second ive been, didn't disappoint. I brought my father back for a lil birthday treat, the staff were so lovely, made sure we were having a great time. the food so yummy. I really like this restaurant, such a lovely atmosphere
