All the traditional Spanish dishes we ordered were not good . Paella didn’t have any flavor, barely any salt. Crema Catalans consistency was off as well

It was a really nice dinner. The only thing is that we felt that we were kind of rushing because there were a lot of waiters, and that's great, but it interrupts conversations a bit... so I would of loved to feel more relaxed. Also, (and the biggest downside) was that I reserved ahead of time with the NOTE of the "special occasion" which was my husband's birthday and I thought that the dessert would be from the house, like the rest of restaurants we've been to on our birthdays.. they just put a candle on it, served it and that's it. So it's not like it was a special moment. Plus, I had to let them know that it was his birthday even though I left the note on the reservation. Besides that, the food was great, portions a bit smaller than expected for the price, the paella portion is too small for a $32.00 plate (per person) ...but at least we felt like it was good quality. I would consider returning, hoping that this feedback contributes to a better and more complete experience in the future.
