Favorite place in Toronto. The food is outstanding!
And Rosa and Vincenzo are wonderful!

We always enjoy dining here. I had the Veal Marsala and my friend had the Osso Buco. Paired that with a bottle of Amarone and it was perfect.

We found Caffino’s through Open Table and were amazed by the ambiance, service and quality of the food. Can’t wait to return for another Friday night dinner.

Only the second time ever I have walked out a restaurant. Slow service, waiter with a "don't give a crap" attitude. We left after 40 mins of waiting for anyone to serve us. We took an expensive Uber ride to get there and it was a very disappointing experience. Would never give them my business again.

For Covid it was over crowded and they service was slow because the kitchen couldn’t catch up.

Their patio courtyard was very lovely. We sat under a tree with a breeze coming through on one of the hotest days this week. The courtyard if lovely as other businesses have put out flowers and chairs for their staff making the place look lovely.
Food was great and so was our waitress. Definitely go back.

Food was excellent. Service was extremely slow, Never had dirty plates cleared from table. Water glass was not filled up again. Had to ask twice for wine, took at least 15 minutes. Waiter was rushed and I think they were understaffed. As it got busier it took longer to get service. The waiter did say it was hard to get helpers with Covid so will cut them some slack. Gave my husband his 2nd beer on the house as he forgot about his also and it came 15 minutes later.
Would recommend to a friend for the food but the service needs to improve.

Had a wonderful lunch at Caffino. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. They have a nice outdoor setting for having either lunch or dinner. This restaurant is a great find as it is an oasis in the city. Give Caffino a try if you are looking for delicious food and great service in a tranquil setting.

Absolutely delicious meal. Great service. Tommy was amazing and knowledgeable and made our night out even more wonderful by being a part of it. We will absolutely be returning.

Not very good service but the owner came by our table a few times and made things more manageable very good food with medium sized portions. The lamb was amazing but smaller than anticipated

The food was good. Our mussels were a bit fishy, the carpaccio has too much arugula on it but the bruschetta was delicious. The pasta and chicken parm was tasty as were the lamb chops. They were not cooked to medium rare though, they were medium well. The service was a little slow, and they were a bit confused (they brought us the wrong pasta and removed it after we ate half already). But they were kind in accommodating us to the patio instead of inside. Lastly the toilets were atrocious and both backed up during our visit.

I was so happy to make a return to Caffino one of my all-time favorite Italian restaurants in the city. I had the lasagna this time mostly cause the description said like Nona makes and they were telling the truth!

The vibe and ambiance is incredible walking through the gets you feel like you are transported into a small Italian village local restaurant. The staff is always so warm and inviting. The service is great this place really is a gem!

We had a great time at Caffino, especially thanks to the incredible service. Our waiter, Tony, made exquisite recommendations which exceeded our expectations. Will definitely return.

While our waiter was very nice and attentive, the owner Rose was quite the opposite. When we asked why only half the staff was wearing masks, (legally required in Ontario indoors and if tables are not 2m apart outdoors) she responded that no-one else seemed to have a problem and that people wanted to feel free. We mentioned that we felt uncomfortable and she reluctantly told the waiter to wear a mask, continuing not to wear a mask herself while serving the customers. Her response was shaming and completely inappropriate. The restaurant itself was beautiful and the food was nice however I will not be going back and will let others know of my unfortunate experience there.

Good food but unfortunately inadequate service. We had reservation for 2 for a special occasion. We were placed at the open deck terrace area when it was raining hard and while other guests were sitting inside. When we asked to be placed inside, waiter was neither responsive nor helpful. We tried to figure out where to sit ourselves. Eventually we were placed at a table for two and was treated as if we were occupying someone elses table. During our 1,5 hours long stay, there were 3 empty tables in the same area which was controversial. Food and the ambience was good in general. I strongly think that we were unfortunate with the waiter who welcomed us first.

I have been here over 50 times and this time was a complete disappointment. We booked an outdoor table which the confirmation clearly shows, but they said it's first come first served so we had to wait. The service was incredibly slow. We waited about 45mins to get our appetizers. We asked for bread with oil and balsamic. It didn't come come 45mins also. We finished our drinks and were not offered more. We had to flag the sever and ask. My dish had baby clams which were ALL empty shells and the owner tried to tell.me the class were in the dish. They were not. The lamb chops was a VERY small portion especially for the price.

I'm not sure what happened because this used to be a great spot. Also the noise level was so high I couldn't hear anything my date was saying. It's a real shame.

What a fun night. Vincenzo our server was amazing. We even met the owner Rosa who was amazing and visited every table.
