   Why were we allowed to make a reservation when the restaurant was closed for a “ticketed” event? I made this reservation at least 10 days in advance and there was no mention of an event taking place. The day before the reservation, I even received a confirmation text. When we arrived, we stood in line for breakfast and when we arrived to the front, the lady checking people in was awful and rude to us. She kept repeating that this was a “ticketed” event and we couldn’t eat there. I tried asking her why I was allowed to make a reservation on the website and that I had received a confirmation text the night before, but she barely allowed me to speak and she had absolutely no empathy or patience with me and my friend. I could have understood if she said they were sorry and someone must have made a mistake on the reservation system, but the way she treated us, I will never return to this place. If the staff are this awful to the patrons, then that only reflects on the restaurant.

   Everything was amazing. St. Patrick’s day date night. We sat at the bar for dinner. Irish nachos and the corn beef was more than delicious! Service was phenomenal. restaurant was very clean and we cannot wait to return again.

   Solid 5 out of 10 and with all the choices in Reno that isn’t good. Soup was flavorless and not tolerable without heavy salt and pepper. Duck was tough and lacked flavor. Brussels sprouts were the best part of the meal. Overall it just was ok

   In spite of making reservations ahead of time, we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated, Another 30 minutes for a waiter to stop by and acknowledge us. Food was cold. We ordered the special and didn’t receive our salad/ soup. I didn’t want to wait another hour for it. I’m sure they were short staffed but it would’ve been nice to know about wait time before seating us. Will not he going back

   Poor service, forgot items, brought wrong items, didn't fill up water glasses. The food was very good especially the bruschetta. Some parts of my risotto were cold.

   Love this restaurant- we stayed at Whitney Peak Hotel, ate at the cafe and went next door after dinner to the Cargo Room to see Lainey Wilson. A great night all in one location.

    Made a 9:30am reservation for a big group getting together for someone’s birthday. When we showed up, we were told that they close at 10 so we could be seated but would have to hurry up and not waste time. I don’t know why they would be accepting 9:30 reservations if they were going to rush the party to be out in 30 mins. As there was no way 9 people were going to order, eat, pay, and enjoy themselves in 30 mins, we went somewhere else. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of them.

    Wait staff was sparse so service was poor. Seated near the bar with a boisterous gang of heavy drinkers. Food mediocre at best. Will not eat there again.

    Not good in any way. After taking 30 minutes to get us water, we rethought what we would order and asked what the kitchen could make quickly as we were headed to a show and needed to leave. They said they were short handed and several servers we're really putting in effort. While the slow service can happen when staff is missing, the table next to us got water before we did and they took their order before us. That's bad service, not lacking servers. Food was also really mediocre. The shrimp tacos had poor quality shrimp and no flavor. The best food item was the fresh lettuce in the salad. I guess if you were staying in the hotel, maybe. Otherwise, there are so many better places nearby.

    Food was amazing and the ambience was perfect. The presentation of the food was also perfect. Our “server” is was the only issue. For starters she said the dining room was closed and sat us on a high top, no issue at all, except the next three people were sat in the dining room. She didn’t know what the liquor menu was (ie. We asked what a specific drink was and she didn’t know) when we asked if the bartender might know she said she was the bartender. The drink she made did not taste well at all, and she was too busy talking to other people to even offer decent service.

    Four of us went for dinner. The server informed us that there was also a happy hour menu. All of us really enjoyed our food. Some great items on the happy hour menu. Service was very good. We'll definitely go back.
