Our dishes are based on traditional Italian food with sometimes a bit of surprise thrown in for good measure. Our Italian pastas and sauces are homemade and every dish is cooked to order. We take pride in our quality and fresh ingredients and homemade staples that have become favorites. Apart from our menu, Chef Vico and his 15 year veteran head chef work together to create our daily specials which are innovative and exceptional dishes . Some have become favorites and are recurring others might just surprise you. If you dine with us often and have favorites from the specials that are not on the menu, we are always happy to prepare them for you.

Very disappointed. The food quality is not the same. Went on happy hour time, when I get the bill i ask why the drinks have the original price and not happy hour, they mention happy hour is in the bar, which the bar was empty and no bartender ….. really ? Very very sad !!! I miss what Cafe Vici use to be……

Weird new menu, Mexican and Italian. Sevice was poor- under staffed, difficult to get someone to assist. Took long time just to get the bill. Food still good but not worth going back. Previously, we were impressed with the staff and how quickly they responded to requests and they worked together like a well oiled machine. Now, no one smiles, they looked rushed and over worked.

They recently changed to an Italian Taqueria which is just odd. The chicken parm was tough to chew and the meatballs were bland, covered by a scoop of almost frozen ricotta. Service was acceptable. I assume on a night where they have live music and happy hour this is a good place for drinks, but skip dinner.

My favorite Italian restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. Scola Pasta used to be one, but this experience every time is the same, EXCELLENT. I always take people from out of town here and they all love it. Both managers are great and service is impeccable. 5 all around!
