The food was good as usual. Our server wasn’t that great, We asked her not to bring out all the food at one time or and they brought out all the food at one time she only visited our table 3 times and the table across from us she visited several times I had to stop her in passing to ask her for another drink. Place wasn’t that packed as we visited early afternoon so I would’ve suspected much better service than I received I will be back to visit because we like the food but I just hope I get better service..
Delicious small plates. Great for when you want a little bit of everything. Highly recommend happy hour specials.
Great food!!! Loved the Brussels sprouts -ordered double
Wonderful ambiance and yummy delicious food. People with all different tastes in food were all happy!
Excellent food, great atmosphere, one of my favorite restaurants to eat at when visiting Orlando.
1. We ate outside and it was very hot! There were several fans, all of which were off. I asked our waiter three times if they could be turned on and he said no.
2. Our waiter was rarely around and when he was I could barely hear him. He was a low talker to begin with but the mask didn't help. He wore it half the time as a chin guard, but then I could hear him. It was obvious that he had tables inside since we rarely saw him.
3. Our food came out at different times, which we expect with tapas, but my husband's never arrived.
All in all the food was decent and the atmosphere nice, but they really need to get those fans working!
Really enjoyed our meal. Food was excellent … waiter was very attentive (K. D.). Great atmosphere. Always a great experience here and what a nice way to spend Father’s Day dinner!
Fantastic food with great atmosphere! I would absolutely come again.
Super fun time! Great deal for unlimited brunch with mimosas.
I went there to grab a bite to eat with a friend late night, the place was busy but not overpacked. For some reason had 2 servers, a man and a woman. Neither of them consistently checked on us, we sat down at 9:40 and didn’t get our check until midnight because we had to flag one of them down after waiting so long. We love Tu Tu Tango, and will definitely be back. But we felt very ignored.
We were celebrating a birthday and visiting our kids who work at Disney. They had never been to a tapas bar and this one did not disappoint! Our waiter Kevin made great suggestions for us. We really enjoyed the Cuban sliders and sesame beef skewers! We shared about 8 small plates between the four of us and had room to share a couple desserts as well. Perfect setting to catch up and enjoy a meal together. We were one of the last reservations for the evening, but never felt rushed by staff!
The setting and atmosphere is great. I honestly expected more spanish style music due to the restaurant having a spanish themed menu. Service was great, food & drinks were great and seating was comfortable.
The service was great and food was delicious. The value was incredible
Cafe Tu Tu Tango is a must for us every time we go to Orlando, we really love the place and the food, the prices are really good... The only thing is that sometimes is too noisy so you cannot listen the people with you in the table and this can be a bit messy. The people that work in there are very professional and friendly, we love this place and we are sure to visit you every time we go to Orlando, our recommendation is go for it and it and try every single dish in the menu...
The food was absolutely amazing! My cousins and I were able to order a decent amount of items from the menu and share! The environment was also very unique and made for a casual ambiance. If you’re ever in Orlando, definitely check it out and be sure to make a reservation ahead of time!
Hipster vibes for sure. Appetizer foods basically so you order 2-3 plates each but priced well and very tasty. The music was way too loud inside so we ate outside on the patio.
We love this place! We try and go every time we’re in town. Great food& fun atmosphere.
Joseph was amazing! He was personable and a great server. He offered us recommendations for our dining experience this time, as well as when we come back in. The food was all delicious. Highly recommend stopping in.
It was my daughter’s 23rd birthday. We had an amazing server and it was a fantastic dining experience! It was a bit loud, but that added to the fun!
The only thing that could have made it better would have been seeing the roasted pears back on the menu. :) Always a great time at Cafe Tutu Tango!
I’ve been a return guest for 16 years, but was surprisingly disappointed this time. Hostesses seemed to be rushing us out after less than an hour. Table busers cleared all our food and table while we were admiring nearby art. Hostess asked my wife to leave table while I was purchasing a resident artists print (saying “table was reserved, not 1st come” btw - we of course had reserved it). Manager addresses and apologized, but after speaking another hostess was back saying same thing to my wife. Not sure we’ll return. Not the same TTT we have appreciated for so long.
Fabulous food and super attentive staff. I will go back every time I visit Orlando.
Great tapas place allowing sampling of lots of different cuisines.
This was the best restaurant experience we’ve had in Orlando. Very unique, creative dishes with a lot of well thought out flavors. The artistic atmosphere was unique and special. Our server was great. We will return!
As always the food and the service are outstanding. Best food this side of Nee Orleans.
Server forgot to bring requested refill drinks. Felt very rushed.
Overall pretty epic, great food, great service, lovely environment.
I can see why people would like it. Great happy hour specials and lots of diverse food choices! For me everything I tried was WAY too spicy. I’m sure it would appeal to people who like very seasoned, spicy food. The service here was excellent. The food came out very quickly!
Went for Bite 30 2021 but then also noticed the great happy Hour specials so ordered both. Food and drinks were great and innovative. Wonderful experience
Service has taken a dive. 9pm reservation for outside. They initially tried seating me inside till I had to tell the hostess the res was for outside which she should have know. Was told the table was being bussed, yet at 9:15pm I was still sitting by the door waiting. Finally get my table and it took about 10 minutes for the server to arrive. At that point we knew our entire order so we sent it all in. Food begins to arrive and we have no utensils. So we flag someone down and get them. We had 2 items dropped at the table that we didn't order but couldn't say anything cause the servers just rushed right off. Ordered some tomatoes on toast. It arrived at the end of the meal after we had to mention that it never arrived. So that was just a waste of an appetizer. I have been coming to this restaurant for years. I love to bring people from out of town so they can check out the vibe of the place and artwork. Service just seems to have taken a dive. I will still go back there for the food though.
Our waitress only came over to us to give us water and take our order at the beginning and then to give us the bill at the end. She didn't bring out Amy of our food or check to see how it was. I would've ordered a drink, but we got ignored until she asked if we were ready for the bill. Our three food items came out 10 minutes apart of each other, so by the time that my partner's food came out, mine was completely cold. The corn and our dessert came out cold. It was so loud and dark that my partner and I couldn't see or talk to each other the whole time. The portions were small and not worth the cost. Definitely wouldn't recommend for dates or as a family restaurant.
Food was fantastic. The street corn, crispy Brussels and the sesame steak skewers were all excellent. Service was below average. I got my bill before I got my last food order. Service was slow, server forgot one of our parties' drinks, used plates and glasses were left at our table. Didnt get asked how my drink was. For service as slow and sporadic, I was surprised at how rushed I felt to get out of the restaurant.
Awesome food although some was a bit to spicy for me to eat.
Great food, better serve and environment.
Waitstaff did not provide drinks, silverware, refills, food requests (Such as reordering), or check unless we flagged the waitstaff down and asked. Never did they ask if we wanted anything else, and ignored our table if we were making eye contact or to clear up empty plates/dishes/glassware. While food was good, the quality of service was disappointing. Would not come back.
Great food as always. We went to celebrate a birthday - Sunday brunch is manic, loud and very busy. A number of our orders didn't arrive and at times were very slow. We were a party of 7 and 5 of us were squished up on a bench seat (4 chairs on the opposite side) which wasn't very comfortable, good job one was an 11 year old. Kinda spoiled our experience.
Customer service was okay. My fiancé’s food wasn’t correct and the server got upset when we told her to take it off our bill. Parking is also a pain.
UPDATE: I reached out to Tu Tu Tango and the manager personally responded to me, was apologetic, friendly, and offered for us come back in another day. He actually reviewed the security footage and saw that we were being ignored and mentioned he will address the issue with his staff. He seems like a great guy and maybe some of the staff needs to be trained a bit better. As I mentioned, the food was great before and we liked that it was served as small plates so that we could try lots of different food items. I think the way the manager handled the situation says a lot about them as a restaurant and we're willing to give them another chance.
We had a reservation for 8:15pm and arrived at 7:45pm. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes past our reservation time because apparently another table had paid but had been sitting there for 4 hours. Then we let the hostess know we would be leaving as we were just hungry and wanted to enjoy the last night of our holiday. They notified us that our table was ready and were seated but waited another 20 minutes and none of the servers would make eye contact with us or acknowledge us so we ended up leaving. We were disappointed because we have enjoyed the service and food on prior occasions.
Everything about this place has changed. We used to visit cafe multiple times a month. We have moved and returned after 6 years. Concept has changed. Training of servers is non existent in this place. Food is salty or has no taste, our server and busser had no common sense, no sense of time, or server coming in half hour intervals asking if everything is alright. She cannot follow simple service points. Not sure how she has that job.
Duck ponding at front, including management while your customers are starving, no one to complain to unless you physically had to get up and get manager. Scattered and unorganized structure, food coming whenever and missing items were popular that evening. Low light, can't see what's on the menu, tables too close. We were exhausted just by waiting for the food and explaining all the wrong things that happened that night. We are sad to see this place go down like that. It would take great organization, proper training, tougher and experienced management. I know, because I am in this industry for 30 years and have written training booklets myself for 6 different restaurants. From casual to fine dining. Management did apologize and dinner was on them, but we want our place back. The way it used to be. Until then, we will not come back and will stir away or not recommend this place. We are sad.
Great food and fun experience! So many yummy small plates to try.
