Contábamos con reservación y llegando me dijeron que una vez al mes cerraban temprano y justo ese era el día. No se preocuparon en lo absoluto y es falta de compromiso hacia el cliente. Pésima atenciónal cliente.

Café Toscano Roma did not recognize me reservation, so one of my guests who arrived 15 mins early walked to Café Toscano Cabrera, causing me to contact other parties and relocate. At Café Toscano Cabrera we were told there is often confusion between the two because both are in Roma and on the same street. And, apparently they do not communicate. Café Toscano needs to resolve this mess. In the meantime I will be frequenting other establishments.
