Locally owned and operated, the goal of our restaurant is to bring a mix of healthy, seasonal dishes and classic favorites. Local peaches, tomatoes, apples, corn, herbs and other fruits and vegetables are found in our specials at the peak of their season. We are continually sourcing local ingredients and pride ourselves on developing relationships within the local community. Café Thyme is committed to making responsible food choices and subscribes to a farm-to-table philosophy, using organic ingredients whenever possible, as well as supporting local farmers that practice sustainable agriculture.

Taste did not equate the price. We had the filet, cioppino, and spaghetti bolonese. The filet cost $38, but had no salt or pepper. The cioppino was $33 but the seafood was not fresh; you can tell the shrimp was from a bag. The bolonese was ok. If you reduce each dish by $10-$15 then the price would equate the quality. I don’t mind paying as long as the quality is there.

The food was pretty tasty, but the wine selection was really bad. Tried three different reds and couldn’t drink any of them. I got the feeling they were trying to save money by not getting something better than 2 buck chuck. This place has a lot of potential if they’d just go the extra mile.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry that we didn't have wine that you liked. My Robert Hall Cabernet has 90 points from Wine Spectator, my Pinot Noir has 86 points and the Zinfandel, 91, both from Wine Enthusiast and my Malbec has 86 from Wine Spectator. I try to keep wines at a reasonable price and a decent quality. What red wines do you typically drink? I consult with a certified Sommelier and would be happy to discuss your recommendations with him to see if we can improve in any way.

I especially liked that the server gave my new friend and I the opportunity to get acquainted and enjoy a dish from every category on the menu, appetizer to dessert. All were fresh, tasty and like eating at a loved ones home, comfortable and relaxed.

The salmon was very flavorful, as was the seasoned cooked veggies all sliced at an angle, risotto could have been a meal itself. The bolognese had three proteins in it with sweet baby corn - it too was delicious and two meals worth. We will be going back. A little music in the room would be nice, though.

The food is amazing and the chef is excellent especially for any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We will come again!

It was Wine Down Wednesday, so there was a duo playing blues music, way to loud to carry on a conversation. The acoustics in the room are really bad, hard floor, ceiling and walls. But, Diane does wonders with her food, so we go back and endure the noise level
