Very nice food! Reasonable service. We had a quiet table off by ourselves near the kitchen so that was excellent for conversation. We plan on visiting again!
We arrived extra early hoping to sit outside, but were defeated by rainstorms and very cool weather. We were very warmly greeted and immediately seated to enjoy a quiet break before our dinner guests arrived. It has been several months since our last visit, but the most notable observation was that menu pricing had seemingly increased significantly. The wine list was fine, but again much more costly with a few options that were what we'd been used to during our prior stops here. Both couples settled on choices that were satisfactory selections. Our wait staff was very cordial and personable and took excellent care of us all evening quickly joining in the banter as we interacted over the couple hours there. The couples each shared two dinner salads that were fresh and tasty. The dinner entrees were from the "Large Plate" offering including Chicken Wellington, which was excellent...the Brown butter Gnocchi more than pleased the two that ordered that item...it is notable that the four orders were on the less expensive side of the six item menu which three topped out in the $31-$42 category. The desserts and special coffees were nice finishing touches to our meal. After enjoying CT for a number of years, we must admit that we are quick to recommend it...BUT, the caveat is to be prepared to look for parking, don't be discouraged by the inside noise level when near full and bring enough money. It continues as a fun setting, but it is more of a good experience...not a great evening.
My guest and I were able to enjoy the evening outside on the porch. That was a treat and influenced the "noise level" evaluation. Our wait-person, I believe his name is Chris, is always fun and it is obvious he enjoys what he does. He is exceptionally good at his job and has a wonderful sense of humor! Our calamari appetizer was hot, crisp and tender. My guest's salmon entry was beautifully prepared and presented, and I enjoyed the gnocchi entree. While I feel the prices are on the high side, Chris's service and the quality of the kitchen makes it a place we return to fairly frequently. Especially in the summer when the patio is open, it is delightful!
Beautiful evening on the patio. Food was unique and delicious. Service excellent. Definitely a special place. Look forward to going again.
We had reservations but had to wait 15 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Our server was busy but handled our table well.
Well-trained staff and superior quality food. Try the in-house cinnamon raisin bread for brunch.
Nice menu, delicious food, great ambiance.
Mum’s birthday was really fantastic on your patio! Food and service was top notch
We wanted outside (they have such a great patio) and were seated on the porch - best possible this time of year - outside and no worries about afternoon storms. Shared grilled brocolini was cooked perfectly.
Great evening @ Cafe Terracotta. Our waiter was great & our food was delicious. I've always had a good time at this cozy Littleton restaurant.
First time at Cafe Terracotta and loved it! We just moved from downtown to Littleton and it was great to find a quality local spot right in the downtown Littleton area. Food was excellent and service was wonderful!
We had a delicious light evening meal of salad and the cheese plate. It was perfect! It was my husband's birthday, so of course we had to top it off with a piece of the birthday cake, divine!
It was a beautiful Spring evening and we ate outside...a very delightful experience with friends.
Lovely evening on the porch. Great food, wine and service!
It was a beautiful evening, we sat outside, it was quieter than inside. One negative, I noticed I had black grease marks on my white jacket from the outdoor chair which was a bummer, otherwise, it was spectacular.
Lovely location in building on registry of Historic places in old town Littleton. Great food and varied menu
One issue is no daily special and they were unable to change the accompaniment to the dish I preferred but several other options. I am going back next visit to area
First time to Terracotta. Everything was excellent.
We love this restaurant, our most recent visit was especially exceptional. A home renovation project and a rough work week had us in need of a little bit of pampering and quality time together. We were not disappointed. Our food was delicious, and as usual Monica provided outstanding service. We’ll be back!
Cafe Terracotta is a true neighborhood gem with great food, service and ambiance. We especially enjoyed dining outside on the front patio on our most recent visit now that Summer has arrived.
Love Cafe Terracotta! Service is always outstanding (thank you Aaron). Food is always delicious and the ambience is perfect. It books up quickly because it is always amazing. Definitely one of our favorites!
Cafe Terracotta was the perfect spot for the evening. Outstanding service, great food and an atmosphere that was quiet and relaxing. Perfect end to a hectic week
Ate outside on a beautiful spring evening. Chicken Wellington is my go to meal. The beef tenderloin is also excellent. Good variety of fresh vegetables.
This is by far the best restaurant in Littleton if not the entire Denver metroplex.
My dish of salmon (farm grown from Ireland) was excellent. I never order salmon in restaurants due to it usually being Atlantic Salmon with added color. I ordered it rare to medium and it was just right. The rest of the entree was equally delicious.
There were a large group of very noisy people right next to us that make it less the enjoyable, not that the restaurant could do anything about it, but it made the night less than satisfactory.
Enjoyed half priced wine and the lamb chops special on Monday night. Still, think their breakfast and lunch is AAA rated.
Entrees are pricey but delicious. Not the best value and ambiance is average. Chairs on patio are not comfortable
Christian is the perfect, professional server. Best in the business in our opinion. Friendly, attentive and truly wants you to have a wonderful dining experience. It helps that the food is creative and delicious.
I love this cafe. Been twice and it never fails to serve great food and service!
Love the atmosphere and location. Overall the food was okay, not bad but it didn't have any flavor or wow factor, especially for the price of the Sunday brunch at $35/person. Our server was nice but very slow service and rarely checked in with us. We know they were busy that day, but it seemed other servers were more attentive.
Fantastic! We spend Mother’s Day there every year
Excellent service, food was outstanding!
Always a favorite spot!
The crew at Cafe Terracotta did a wonderful job tonight. Great people working and serving great food.
We were about 15 minutes early for our reservation, so we weren’t surprised (or at all upset) that we had to wait for our table. There wasn’t anywhere to have a drink while we waited — there are only 4 seats at the bar, and they were occupied — so that was kind of a bummer, but not a big deal. The hostess was genuinely sorry and seemed embarrassed that we had to wait at all, even though it was completely on us. It was clear that a pleasant experience for their patrons is a number one priority. Our waiter was really fun (reminded me of Alton Brown; and he was really careful about my nut allergy), and the food was amazing. It’s a little pricey, but worth every penny. I’ve never had salmon cooked to perfection like that before. Simply divine. The one thing I’ll say is the drink prices are a little inflated, but that’s pretty common in upper scale establishments, I guess. It certainly won’t keep me away! Highly recommended.
We had a nice birthday dinner. First time at Terracotta & enjoyed it. Delicious calamari.
Loved the food! I had the salmon and cauliflower rise. Its was really good. We also shared a side of risotto. There is only street parking so leave at least 15-20 minutes to park and walk
Great food. Phenomenal service! It’s clear they take pride in their operation.
Had to wait a bit even though we had a reservation, but they made up for it by offering free appetizer. Waitress was excellent, even on a busy night.
