With an electric atmosphere, Cafe Sapori is an exciting, vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Gladstone, New Jersey.

The cuisine upholds the philosophy of new southern Italian dining. With fresh fish and seafood, varied meat and poultry entrees, traditional pasta offerings, the European sense of healthy and balanced proportions is maintained.

The menu is seasonal, and in addition to the selection of superb dishes to satisfy any palate, daily specials are also featured. Dining at Cafe Sapori is simultaneously an evening out, yet similar to eating with a friend who also happens to be a culinary marvel.

The beautiful patio is now open for outdoor dining.

BYOB. Reservations are highly recommended for large groups (four and up) especially on the weekend. For your convenience, free parking is available.

Had a delicious meal at Cafe Sapori. The food and service were excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was the proximity of each table. The main dining room is tight and it was crowded, which made it very difficult to carry on a relaxed conversation during the meal. This made for an ambience that didn’t quite match up with the quality of the food and service.

Good food. The issue is the tables are on top of each other. It’s the difference between providing a memorable experience, and trying to extract every dollar out of every customer and every square foot of space. I always believe the biggest endorsement is if I would go back to that restaurant and spend my money again. In this case absolutely no way spread the tables out and let people enjoy them selves and don’t worry about the dollar.
