Great night made by exceptional waiter who was funny engaging and very professional
Great service and great food. We were there for quite a long while and always had the waiting staff check on us regularly to see if we need anything and if all was well with our food and drinks. It’s a local that I go to regularly and have never been disappointed.
Highly recommend the pizzas. Service was friendly and attentive
Lovely atmosphere, friendly service and wonderful garlic prawns. Keep coming back for more
Service was fabulous. My spaghetti carbonara was quite salty, but I still ate it all! We received a complimentary salad, which was appreciated. Looking forward to trying the mushroom risotto next time.
Always terrific food, excellent service, and good times had.
Enjoyable and affordable spot to eat - good food, good service and inside there were no issues with noise. (COVID patronage limit might affect this.)
Paradiso is a long-time favourite. They have plenty of choices on the menu, it is beautifully cooked and the serves are generous. The team provide friendly and careful service.
Really delicious authentic food and excellent service throughout!
Excellent food. We go there every week. It would be perfect if they have more food variety. We have tried nearly every dish there.
Friendly and prompt service. Menu quite limited but good quality.
Happy to return to Cafe Paradiso after a long break due to Covid. We all enjoyed our cocktails, shared starters and meals. Thanks
Normally it is quite noisy here but due to COVID with less patrons it is great.
Food and service always good 😊
The menu has shrunk with few choices. I chose spaghetti carbonara which was a disappointment with hard lumps of bacon
my favourite place to eat and drink on a nice evening out!! The staff are amazing and the vibe throughout the restaurant is so ideal!
Good food, but expensive and half the table of 14 received their meals and 45 minutes the other half received theirs.....this made it a bit difficult
Great sitting outside in the courtyard, but food was over priced.
COVID safe dining really clear and appreciated. Really enjoyed ourselves
Good food; reasonably priced and excellent service
Food is amazing and service was great!!!
Not sure if it was covid safe so many packed into the place. I Told the owner and staff three times we had a vegan ( birthday girl) yet every time I asked for their food was questioned and made to feel like I had sprung it on them. Not very happy that you pay FULL set menu prices and get charged $49 to cut the cake we brought ( which only a few ate ). When we asked the owner when the vegan food would arrive midway through our fourth course he said “ she’s had bruschetta what do you expect we are busy tonight!!!” The special occasion was not very memorable.
All pretty good. Service and food were fine. My steak was a bit too salty but thats a personal taste
Staff were accommodating and understood the social side was equally important as the food
Food was tasty and service was prompt, efficient and friendly
Good to be back. Love the new bar area too. Thanks!
Great food, service & perfect Aperol Spritz
We went to this restaurant when it was Nataraj which was very good. There are new owners/managers? We were disappointed with Food and service.
Rude welcoming, had a booking for 7pm, arrived at 7:05 and told we are not ready for you yet.
Waiter spilt a bottle of water on the table and on a guest and didn’t come back and clean it, but rather returned to continue setting up the table with negative body language.
Excellent service, good food friendly atmosphere, the staff were very helpfully
A pleasant, casual night out with friends. We were seated near the kitchen and we found it very noisy...maybe just getting old! Food was ok, service very friendly.
This is pretty cool place to catch up.. better in the late afternoon /early evening . The acoustics are pretty bad once the place is full of diners even with the new covid table spacings. The outdoor courtyard is always lovely on a warm summers night.
Food is great for the price, but the cocktail staff could use a bit of a shake-up (pun intended) my Margarita was virtually salt and pure alcohol, which meant I could only manage a couple of sips. The food seems to be consistent here, but the newer menu has less vegan options. Also a little disappointing that the wait staff weren't fully versed on what food options 'vegans' can actually eat, with the waiter suggesting a dish which contained cheese? With that said though, they are at least obliging in offering to make certain dishes which are not strictly vegan/vegetarian by changing a few ingredients.
All in all, this is a great place, its be renovated inside during lockdown and feels cleaner and more modern. If you haven't been here yet, you should. :-)
First time diner. Overall a very pleasant experience with well prepared and tasty food.
Service staff a bit spotty, but I will cut some slack as the Covid protocols may be causing some issues. Keen to return and work through some of the other menu items!
Staff were so friendly which made the whole experience fantastic 😄
Service and food were lovely staff were very friendly
Wonderful to be back in Paradiso. The team always work hard to make a difference with our dining experience with great service and food. Its clean consistent and a wonderful place to meet friends.
Thanks to Harry and his team.
Sadly, our meals were extremely bland and tasteless. All of us agreed that we could cook much tastier meals at home and serve them at Cafe Paradiso and they would be much better than we received. I had the Ricotta Ravioli which tasted as though the sauce was simply a can of diced tomatoes. My brother complained of his prawn pizza and unfortunately my grandma said it was 'the most disgusting meal she has ever eaten' and it was her 92nd birthday. We have been there before a few times and didn't have many issues, however we were all very extremely disappointed and it will be the last time we will have a meal there.
