Food was sub-par: chicken dish completely underwhelming, prime rib was the fattest cut of meat I have ever seen. Most unfortunate for my son, as it was the first time he had ever ordered prime rib. Very disappointing meal for our Easter dinner. :(

Everything was exceptionally good! From the time we were seated until we left we couldn't have asked for a more pleasureable dining experience. Service and food were Wonderful!

They offer a fantastic deal with a Thursday wine dinner. it's a 4 course meal with 3 wine pairings. The menu sounds incredible and we were very excited. I love seafood but was very disappointed. The shellfish (Raw oysters - Mussels) were... gamy and fishy tasting/smelling. I expected super fresh with none of that bonus smells/taste. However, the chilean sea bass was great and the filet was good as well but they did not let you pick how you wanted the steak prepared (came out medium well - I prefer medium rare to rare).

If the seafood was fresh, this would have been an amazing deal and we would be coming back for more Thurdays but we will not be coming back.

The restaurant has an AMAZING VIEW! The service was not very good. We had to continually ask for things. When the food arrived it wasn't very warm. Overall the food was ok, but not exceptional.

Went for DineLA and it was an absolute disappointment. The restaurant is slow which means low turnover of the food, so the food did not taste and appear fresh. Food took awhile considering there were only 2 other customers dining, my food was not lukewarm and it was the steak frites.

This was a great experience. Large portions with excellent ambiance. The only thing I could critique was the slow service. Recommend to any that can make the drive out.

The prices were completely different from the prices that were posted on OpenTable, by at least 25%. Consistently higher prices than what you had listed on OpenTable. We used to go here quite a bit, but everything has changed. Used to be delicious hashbrowns and now it's preformed frozen hash brown patties. Had hot chocolate, came 3/4 filled, had asked for more and asked for whip cream. The cheese in the omelette wasn't even melted. Took the waiter 20 minutes to even come over and say hello to us. And they were only four tables filled in the whole restaurant! Just awful!

I liked it overall and I would recommend this place to my friends. Food taste good here but the portion is small. Also, I needed like the chocolate creme brulee; it taste like a piece of chocolate, not creamy like at all. Meat cooked very well, delicious.

This is my 3rd time going here for Dine LA, the great service, free parking, amazing views, and delicious food! This time I took my husband here, and he really enjoyed it very much.

The ratings are based on taking advantage of the dineLA event where you get a 3 course lunch meal for only $25. My selections was the clam chowder - flat iron steak - pear tart desert. My wife got the calamari - seafood pasta - and the other desert (can't remember the name). Do NOT order drinks though. She got a mimosa ($13) and we both got coffee's ($5 each) so drinks almost cost as much as the lunch. lol. Great deal for lunch but not sure about the regular menu.

This is our favorite restaurant in the South Bay.
The food is absolutely amazing. They just changed their menu and so far so great.
I had the Mahi Mahi and it was outstanding.
We love our servers Anthony and Craig and our host Martin. We are always greeted warmly and feel like we are at home.

Had a beautiful dinner there, the service was great, and friendly. The dinner was to die for, really enjoyed my night.

As always, predictable perfect. Server Craig is wonderful, warm and welcoming. The food is really great. Everything from steakhouse basics, to some incredible specials and awesome deserts.

They are constantly having theme nights, pretty fun opportunities to try interesting fare. Sunday is “prime rib” night. To die for perfect prime rib.

We choose the evenings special (3 course meal & paired wine) the wine was OUTSTANDING. THE SALAD & THE FISH (sea bass - lightly grilled) WAS GOOD. THE FILLET SO-SO (it had to much sauce over the meat). I liked the mussels, my wife did not. The Chocolate Mousse was the best Mousse we have had in years (it was not filled with air & had a real chocolate taste). It was really outstanding ! The three kinds of bread were like home baked & very fresh ! Our waiter & his helpers paid attention to us but at the same time were not in our face. We were not rushed & had 2++ hrs. for our dinner. We also could see Catalina Island from out table until it was dark !!

It was a very enjoyable Anniversary evening for us. We have eaten in the BAR & also been there for EASTER this yr. These two other times had us come back.

I wanted to give Trump's restaurant a great rating because the service was good and the views were beautiful but our food was just "okay." When you pay close to $300 for a dinner for two, you expect delicious food. Unfortunately, we would not go back.

We were celebrating our anniversary and had an amazing evening!! Wonderful meals with filet mignon and New York Steak cooked to perfection! Our shared Shrimp cocktail appetizer was so fresh, and a generous shared Caesar salad was delicious. The service was excellent with personal attention by more than one server. The lovely music by the pianist made the evening even more special! One of our favorite Anniversary celebrations ever!! We will return soon!!

I must say that I (we) was disappointed for overall experience. The food was pricey and not memorable. Our waiter was nice but lacked focus. It took quiet a while to order and we had to ask what the feature dish was. His description did not make an impression on us. A "bento" box with things I couldn't understand. There were annoying FLIES in the dining room and our waiter said that they come in with the golfers???? He offered no way to avoid them landing on our table( & food). He brought and poured wrong ice tea after waiting for several minutes to get a refill. There weren't many guests so the slow service was perplexing to us.

Overall, I will not be returning for any particular reason. I would not recommend this to anyone.

We dined at Cafe Pacific as a part of my sons 21st birthday celebration with his grandparents. Such a special evening with warm service that understood and appreciated our special family evening out. You're the best!

Friendly, non invasive service. Crab cakes were outstanding. Warm bread, crisp flavorfull Strip Steak salad and lovely surprise desert. A great time with a special gal friend

So many choices... You can sit in the formal dining room, or the Cafe area/bar!
Great views from both areas! In the Cafe/bar area, they have a "bar" menu" and a "happy hour" menu. My husband ordered the bone in rib eye. It looked amazing, and was sitting on top of double baked/mashed potatoes with cheese and bacon! It looked so delicious, I had to steal a few bites. And it was so good and tasty! I will ask for those potatoes when we come back!
Our service was very nice and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful dinner, and we will be going back very soon!

I wanted entertain my guest from Japan with a nice view - something special. My reservation was at 1:00 pm - no one was at a reception desk, we had wait a while - then a lady who happen to be there - on the way to somewhere - asked me if I need help. It was nice of her.

After a while, person came back and I mentioned her that my reservation was 4, but 1 more joined and now 5 in the group. She did not say any but seemed not happy for our change of number... Restaurant was not very busy. I should have informed them before I went there...

The food and service was great, as usual. One special thing was that I was looking for some yogurt to put on top of my fruit. I ask the staff, and they said there wasn't any. I went back to my table to continue eating and, lo and behold, a waiter brought me a bowl of fresh yogurt! Great treatment like that makes a lasting impression!
