   I’ve been to cafe monarch many times and it’s always such a treat. Service, ambiance, and the overall dining experience is usually executed to perfection, but we left feeling very underwhelmed by the food. We were excited for the new menu roll out, but I think there may be some kinks to iron out. Hoping this is an “one off” experience because we look forward to coming back in the near future.

   We had an excellent dinner celebrating a birthday. Every dish we tried was amazing and the chef was able to accommodate an allergy with some minor modifications to the great options on the menu. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful making it a memorable experience for us both.

   Cafe Monarch is a very special place. The atmosphere is magical. We have only dined on the patio, primarily because of the potential noise level inside. The ambiance inside is equally magical. The staff is amazing, from the time you walk in the door. The food is gourmet. My experience this time left me delighting in a couple of the courses, and neutral on a couple. The quality is spectacular, so perhaps mostly related to personal taste preferences. I was disappointed in how expensive a glass of wine is. Would recommend this to any friend who can afford it. While pricey, it is still a very unique and wonderful experience.

    PHENOMENAL. Truly phenomenal. We had the eight course menu. The food was wonderfully presented and balanced beautifully. Each dish brought something unique and was great in its own way. The wagyu, cauliflower soup, Argentinian shrimp, and lamb rack was cooked stupendously. Definitely coming back here again to celebrate our next anniversary. Extra points for a stunning atmosphere and beautiful lighting juxtaposed by the red hues all around in the patio.

    Cafe Monarch is the perfect place if you view food as an art form. Top to bottom this place is stunning. Our server Kyle went above and beyond throughout our entire service and helped us navigate the menu thoroughly as well as guide us with excellent suggestions. The attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed here either, our food runner Nick described each course in great detail and made sure the beauty of each dish was captured by words. Chef Marcos greeted our table for dessert and thanked us for sharing the occasion with them and displayed the passion this place puts into every service. An exceptional place & I highly recommend.

    From greeting to our departure, the staff was incredibly accommodating. The ambience and service were both amazing and I probably don't have the right words to describe the food. Every course was a step above the previous. Not to take anything away from the earlier courses, but the flavors built upon and complemented each previous portion. We look forward to returning to try the next change of menu.

    First time at Cafe Monarch- tried in past but couldn’t attend. We were early so we stopped by the Reserve restaurant to check it out. The hostess there was fantastic in showing us around that restaurant and giving us the history of it - and then signing us in at the Monarch from the Reserve and then walking us across the street to the Monarch- impressive👍 The service at Monarch was impeccable with having about 5 staff assisting us with wine recommendations etc (he actually went to the other restaurant across the street and brought a selection back that wasn’t on Monarch wine list. Chris our server was fantastic in guiding us thru the menu and making recommendations. We went with the Duck and also the Filet. All the first courses were terrific (the shrimp was outstanding and our fav). The duck sauce was awesome😋.-and Chris brought me out extra👍. The duck was slightly rare for me in ordering medium but still wonderful. The filet was spot on👍 Our server assistant was also fantastic- always assisting at our table and very friendly too. Chris brought out an anniversary dessert w/ a sparkler on it which was cool and very much appreciated. Thanks to the entire staff at Monarch- our best dinner any where👏👏

    We’d been told about this experience by some friends. We ended up going very spontaneously because a reservation happened to be available within 30 minutes of us looking. This meant I made the red pretty quick and we drove straight there. I didn’t read the fine print on Open table where it said collared shirts are required. I’d suggest making that a pretty large note on the reservation. My husband was dressed nice it just didn’t have a collar. He wore the shirt under his. Once he got over that, the experience itself was wonderful. I tried caviar for the first time. It was wonderful. All the courses were wonderful as well as the drinks and desserts. We got a champagne toast and an anniversary dessert for our 6 year wedding anniversary. The waiter was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed having him bring us through the experience. The only other snag which is why I didn’t give 5 stars , is because while we were finishing our dessert, someone came up (I think a manager), and told us there were other reservations waiting. I felt very embarrassed that it seemed like we overstated our welcome. He offered a cocktail at the restaurant across the way. He’d said they have a 2 hour limit. I didn’t see that anywhere on the reservation. While the cocktail was a nice gesture, it really put a damper on a wonderful experience. We’d been ordering food and drinks the entire time we were there. It wasn’t like we just sat with waters and took up a table. I think if there really is a limit it should say that very large at the time of reservation. That way patrons could be mindful of time. When I told my friends who frequent Cafe Monarch, they said they’ve never heard about a time limit and stayed longer than 2 hours before. Anyway overall, it was worth the experience. Just men, wear a collared shirt and be mindful of the 2 hour limit!!

    Had a birthday dinner for my gal and arrived to a menu printed with her name and HB. Did the 8 course with pairing of wine. Yummy good with nice pacing of service. Delightful evening.

    An incredibly delicious, impeccable, and memorable experience. Stunning atmosphere with superb food. Definitely expensive. Expect to pay at least $200 per person.

    Cafe Monarch never disappoints. Everything was just perfect. Lex our waiter was fabulous. He went out of his way a number of times during dinner to make sure we had a great experience. The food was beautiful and filled with incredible flavors. Can not wait to return!!

    This restaurant is spectacular. It’s beautiful atmosphere with attentive and friendly service and exceptional food and cocktails make it so special. Every time we visit the area we are sure to have dinner here because it’s always a special experience. It is a 4 course dinner that really does have something for everyone especially those with a sophisticated palate. Tips- You can eat at the bar ala carte. Also, arrive early and grab a cocktail at the bar because they make the most wonderful concoctions. Valet parking across the street makes it so easy to park. There is outside limited seating by a beautiful fountain.

    We went for my birthday and cannot wait to return. Our experience was exceptional! We had dinner there a decade ago when they were in the location across the street. The new setting is like European elegance. Service was exceptional and the food exquisite --- every single bite! Highly recommend
