Cafe Momentumは釈放された青年犯罪者向けの有料インターンシップとして機能する非営利レストランで、拘留から釈放された青年がCafé Momentumの保護された環境の中で釈放後のプログラムに参加しています。Café Momentumでは、実社会での責任を育成し、安全に社会へと復帰するための重要な技術を青年に教えています。当プログラムに参加することで、リスクを持つ若者たちはテーブルへの給仕や皿洗いから正規のシェフとの共同作業までの全てのレストラン業務を体験します。有給インターンシップは青年に新しい技術の経験と実践の機会を与えます。またCafé Momentumでの仕事を続けている限り、青年はリーダーシップ、社会的なスキル、職業能力の発達を維持できます。さらにCafé Momentumでは、投獄のリスクが高いと思われる青年のためにダラス郡少年司法部門と提携しています。

Another fantastic wine dinner at Cafe Momentum. They have an incredible mission and produce a wonderful meal and experience. We took the Red Line train from the north and got off on Akard just a block from the restaurant. It is a fun trip worth your time. We plan to be regulars to their bi-monthly wine dinners, but their standard menu is exceptional also.

The service, the food the experience, everything amazing. Came here for my birthday dinner with my parents. We ordered the braised lamb over mash and a side of brussels sprouts and the fried chicken with collard greens, mash potatoes and biscuit. The food came and the table got quiet for savoring purposes. All was delicious. Cooked to perfection. I do also suggest the bread pudding simply amazing. Our server Carlos was kind and attentive (everyone was) Will be back sooner than soon!

You don’t come for the food you come for the cause and the experience but the food is fantastic! Enough creativity to make it fun and extremely yummy! Absolutely looking forward to coming back
