   A friend and I had dinner here and enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed until closing. The food was tasty. The ambiance was much like my favorite cafes in the south of France. The waitstaff were good at their jobs AND they connected with guests. Bravo! Isn't that everything we all want from a restaurant experience?

   We both got the risotto. My husband got mushroom, and I got bianca (traditional). They were delicious. The bread with oil and vinegar was great. Our calamari were incredibly rubbery though. We both typically love calamari, unfortunately it was just a disappointment. We skipped the desert as the portions were large, and we were just stuffed. Definitely would recommend, aside from the calamari it was a wonderful meal, and I really want to try the deserts next time!

   I do like the vibe of Cafe Med but it was very noisy. Where we were seated was drafty and a bit cold. We enjoyed our food , had the snapper special and was a good sized portion. Service was excellent.
