Café Mars

For parties of more than four guests, we offer a pre-fixe menu that showcases our favorite menu items and our favorite way to dine -- family style! For this menu, the party will receive an array of snacks, followed by an antipasti course. Then, a selection of our house made pastas and "main" dishes will round out the meal. To finish, you'll get to try all of our desserts! Beverages are available a la carte.

Global Italian #7: Midwest This region may not be first to mind, but "mezzogiorno" brought droves of Southern Italians to the entire Midwest (not just Chicago), leaving their mark both in major cities (Detroit, Milwaukee, St. Louis) and smaller enclaves (Des Moines, IA; Tontitown, AK). Joining us on July 19&20, is the wonderful and unusual restaurant Odd Duck, which not only began in Milwaukee’s historically Italian Bay View neighborhood, but is one of our GM’s favorite restaurants in America. We hope to see you for this five course dinner (suprises! special drinks!) to extol the food of this lesser-known region of Italian cooking.
