A forum for Lincoln Center’s performing arts culture for nearly 30 years, Café Fiorello features a sprawling bar filled with more than 50 kinds of antipasti. Finished in warm wood, brass and mirrors, the main dining room suggests a timeless charm. In addition to the hot and cold antipasto specialties of vegetables and seafood, the menu features updated Italian classics and specialty dishes, as well as a selection of seafood, steak, veal & pasta.

I love Cafe FIorello -- and go there all of the times. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is fantastic and the Chocolate Mousse dessert is the best ever. It is perfect for an intimate meal, quick tasty lunch, business meal or friendly get-together. All depends on where you ask to sit. One of my favorite restaurants in New York
Lovely place with absolutely the best antipasto bar. Food is delicious, service was good. Will definitely return.
All enjoyed their food...pasta dish, pizza and steak.
We love Fiorello’s and whenever we are in the city no matter for how long we make sure we have dinner there at least on night. My Fiancé’s favorite is the Spaghetti and meatball. Mine is the chicken Parmigiana alla Vodka. We never skip dessert here as it is truly the main event. The chocolate mousse is the best move you will ever have in your life. We have never matched it no matter where we travel... Italy and France included.
Our server was not very friendly and we had to ask him twice for our food- think he forgot about us
very pleasant with excellent proximity to Lincoln center. delicious italian cuisine. highly recommend
A good pre-theatre option for Lincoln Center. Food is very good. They have lots of vegetarian options. Prices range from reasonable to expensive, depending on what you order.
Have eaten here many times and have always been pleased with the food and the friendly service. They also bring the credit card machine to the table (routinely done in Canada) making it quick and easy to pay the tab.
'Twas a rather quiet night. Everything was as it should be, though the waiter was not around when we wanted our check. After we finished dessert, there was a long enough time lapse for him to have come over to ask if we needed anything. During the last couple of years, undertrained servers have been my main beef. I got into the habit of going there 35 or 40 years ago, and one of the reasons was that the service was flawless--for this level of establishment.
I really like the little things--the olive oil, the bread. My red snapper was perfect, and the cut had no tough skin or fascia to downgrade the experience. Perfectly seasoned, the food was not oversalted as has become a problem of late at restaurants that should know better. I didn't ask my companion how her grilled salmon was because we were so engaged in exchanging news. However, I've had the salmon before; it's great; and she (an unpaid food critic) was making all sorts of happy faces and (discrete) sounds as we talked. So I know it was superb.
A fun, lively, packed, staple, perfectly situated across from Lincoln Center. The menu is full of several traditional Italian options, and variations on Italian options. (The lasagna, for example, is not traditional and more like a flatbread pizza, but made with a “crust” of pasta). There are a myriad of pasta, pizza, fish, chicken, veal and vegetarian options. The red snapper livornese and rigatoni vodka were good and the ravioli with a side of meatballs was enjoyed. The chicken piccata Milanese is our favorite thing on the menu along with the vegetable antipasto choices. The vegetables are fresh, good and flavorful, and you can get 3-5 vegetables for a tasty meal. (GET the brocolini, which is perfectly sautéed in garlic and oil). Cafe Fiorello is an energetic, always crowded, Lincoln Center option with good food, pleasant service and a fun atmosphere. It’s open all day and until late at night, but if you’re going pre theatre, or for dinner, MAKE A RESERVATION, or be prepared to wait.
Great food, location, experience and service.
I have been here many times before, and this was by far the most disappointing of meals. Value for money is low here, as poor food quality and high prices drive that equation. This place needs to not rest on its reputation and deliver an experience worthy of location and cost.
We went to Cafe Fiorello after a show at the Lincoln Center and was quite surprised at how good it was. Dinner was delicious and drinks were great.
The food was very good - as usual. We were lucky enough to get a booth which was lovely. It was exceptionally noisy, however - though not the restaurant's fault. We will be back!
Greatest location for Lincoln Center! Delicious pizza and good Italian fare.
Little louder than usual but the food is always good
Too pricy for a casual italian and a choice of Sommelier wines to expensive ( 1/2 a glass Nebbiolo 2017 for $15 ) !!!!
Wine was average.
As always - a pleasure to return for the fabulous cocktails and the antipasto vegetable plates! Great choices ! Great staff and very nice vibe here
Food was good but inconsistent. Some dishes were good, others were disappointing.
We had a great meal and excellent service from Nick. The food was great although a little pricey.
A good restaurant option, especially before Lincoln Center events.
Delicious food. And we stayed 4 hours and were never made to feel like it was time to go. We enjoyed our time therw
The fish dishes were perfectly cooked. We had the avocado, artichoke and quinoa salad - & would recommend it to others. The tiramisu was delicious. Excellent service. Too noisy, though.
Birthday. Nick was a friendly, efficient, attentive and generous waiter. Made the whole evening special.
It was very busy that day, but service was extremely quick and the food was tasty.
I appreciated being seated even though our party of 3 wasn’t all present at the reserved time. I thought both the food and service were fine. I would certainly return.
The restaurant was much noisier than usual - the food was still great.
Beautiful as always great food great service great location and love the variety
I chose 3 of the daily antipasto choices and had a full well-rounded meal for a value price. For the table we started with the artichokes ala guide a. Delicious. Our wine choices were good . We never get tired of eating at. Cafe Fiorello. So many choices.
Restaurant was half empty at lunch time. Service was extremely slow and took a long time before first course and between courses. Food was too salty. I had small pieces of shell in my scallops. Dessert - chocolate mousse - highlight of meal.
Nice place in front of the Lincoln Center.
Good quality ingredients to prepare normal dishes.
Interesting wine list, which, in my experience, are served not so good: I ordered a glass of Barolo (USD28!!!); I guess that the wine I received was the ordered one as I never saw the bottle and, even worse, it was excessively warm!!!
To compensate, I will say that the Carcioffi alla Giudia were superb.
Pre-opera dinner perfectly located across from Lincoln Center. Choice of tables, near the window, near the action or in the cozy, quiet back of the restaurant (my choic). Perfect, attentive service. Food and wine were delicious, no kidding, right down to the bread (which you have to ask for, so please do). We shared the clams oreganata for an appetizer, which were just like my Italian grandma's homemade. I had the pappardelle pasta with black truffles, that was to die for, and my son had the pasta carbonara, which he said was excellent. I highly recommend Cafe Fiorello. I will be back.
Amazing food and service. Love the chocolate mouse for dessert
My mom and I love coming here for dinner before the opera, and this visit was just as lovely as any. The vegetable antipasto is our favorite!
Food and service good but was disappointed with ice cold bread.
I'm consistently impressed by Fiorello. The pastas are always excellent and the Branzino remains a favorite. We got desserts this time and of course they were excellent as well. Please keep it up!
Always a pleasure!
Artichoke inlet was a winner
