Our outdoor cafe is open with heat lamps! It is non-reservable, and for walk-ins only. There is a 60 min time limit for outdoor tables.
We are still open for delivery and pick up!
A forum for Lincoln Center’s performing arts culture for nearly 30 years, Café Fiorello features a sprawling bar filled with more than 50 kinds of antipasti. Finished in warm wood, brass and mirrors, the main dining room suggests a timeless charm. In addition to the hot and cold antipasto specialties of vegetables and seafood, the menu features updated Italian classics and specialty dishes, as well as a selection of seafood, steak, veal & pasta.

Prosciutto di Parma Pizza
Burrata mozzarella, arugula, fennel, parmesan
Burrata mozzarella, pomodoro, basil
Short Rib Meatballs
First class service and authentic Italian food. Recommended the chicken or veal parmigian.
Love this restaurant! My go-to for neighborhood dining!
Not excellent but pretty reliably good. The adjustments required to navigate the COVID restricted dining environment have limited choice. This is especially noticeable in their previously excellent antipasto now restricted to its still tasty but limited core options. The pizza is still very good if you like paper-thin crust. They have done an excellent job of accommodating outdoor dining even through the winter. We found it perfectly pleasant on even a few pretty chilly nights. Become more of a neighborhood place these days versus the pre-Lincoln Center dining venue it used to be -- but that's not a complaint.
We’ve always loved Fiorello’s. It was so great to get back. They’ve separated the tables pretty far apart and it felt just fine. Waiter was great, food was incredible! Only disappointment was they didn’t have their staple fried artichoke! But their bringing the full menu gradually.
One of our favorite restaurants in all of New York City. Staff is always welcoming and professional, food is outstanding and we enjoy the traditional and artistic aesthetic mix of the atmosphere.
Very romantic setting. This was our first indoor dining experience since COVID began, and it was a great way to re-enter that world! The veal milanese (small portion!) came with a salad and was more than enough; it was also cooked just right. Our waiter was friendly and told us stories of when the restaurant was the after-performance scene for Lincoln Center. And the ambiance - with booths and lights - was lovely.
Cafe Fiorello is one of NYC’s go-to’s for Italian fare. I’ve yet to try something on the menu that wasn’t great: the pizza, lasagna, meatballs, garlic bread are all delicious, as are the desserts. Great service and attentive waiting staff.
CF is a great destination for a post-theater date or just everyday dining.
We made a reservation for inside, after reading that nyc restaurants are open at 25% capacity.
Upon arrival, none of the 4 of us were comfortable sitting inside...the place was packed!!! It just seems impossible that they are only 25% of capacity.
Outside was pretty and the heaters sufficed.
Food and wine were excellent, just as we remembered.
Every table was filled. I thought NYC was at 25% occupancy due to COVID. Place was packed - inside. Oddest chicken parm I’ve ever had. Looked like a personal pan pizza. No pasta side (avail for a charge) no bread for the table (again, for a charge). Seriously? I’ve never come across that in an Italian restaurant - anywhere.
Too many good restaurants in NYC to bother with this one again.
I highly recommend Cafe Fiorello. From the moment you enter the restaurant you feel at home and welcomed. The food is Amazing!! The staff and service is what you should expect each time you eat out. They are attentive to your every need. You will never be disappointed eating at Cafe Fiorello!
The fried calamari was excellent. Our entrees, Dover sole and veal Milanese, were well-prepared promptly brought to table. Our server, Cleber, was attentive and friendly. All in all an excellent meal!
Lovely ambiance, wonderful food. Somewhat absentminded service.
Fantastic food - I went for brunch and it was outstanding! Get the avocado toast and the shortrib pizza - you will not be disappointed. The wine is top notch. Great servers and service as well. We sat outside and they had adequate heat.
We were celebrating the joint birthdays of my son and grandson. We had a nice round table located inside. The food as always, was fine with generous portions.
I was able to get my favorite desert, chocolate mousse with whipped cream.
It was a nice experience after months of not being able to eat inside a restaurant.
Hopefully this will soon become the norm.
We had a WONDERFUL waiter. Didn’t get his name. The perfect waiter—attentive when he was needed, but also not intrusive.
I really feel bad to be critical about restaurants at this time but this was very frustrating. We ordered meatballs appetizer and it came in a dish with no bread. I asked for some bread but I was told they do not put bread on the table for everyone, they have only garlic bread and it has to e ordered. It cost 7 dollars. Never heard of an Italian restaurant where they fo not have bread on the table.
always a lovely experience--for years--food, service, first rate--and generally a 'gala' ambience--
It’s our favorite go to spot with friends.
The food is always excellent as is the service!
I wish I could stop only ordering the salmon and the butternut squash lasagne, but I can’t!
I also always steal the Cesar salad off of my Boyfriends Chicken.
I’m pretty picky and everything is delicious!
We also just tried some sort of chocolate cake mousse with whip cream (I can’t remember the exact name) and it was worth every calorie and I will dream about it for the rest of my life!
Friendly staff and delicious food. Dined on the first day of re-opening and the restaurant hadn’t missed a beat. Looking forward to going back.
We were given the option to choose where we want to sit inside. The food was still really good and the holiday wine was excellent. They accommodated my request for a simple birthday surprise for my friend. I would definitely go back to celebrate another event.
We had a table right next to a heat lamp so outdoor dining was no problem.
Best lasagna that I've ever eaten!
Service was good.
Food portions gotten smaller & not as tasty.
We come all the way from Florida every December and it’s for sure on of our places to go.
Loved the service there. All the staff are super friendly and the food is always delicious!! I always take my friends who visit here! Will come back soon!
I hope that they will be able to maintain their outdoor dining even into the colder weather. Their precautions seem perfectly adequate and the heat lamps adequate.
Seriously best pizza!
Never a disappointment! Delicious food! Attentive waiters! A great place to go for any meal! Enjoy!
We opted for outdoor dining during the lunch hour. Heat lamps made it pleasant. We had pizza and lasagna. The lasagna portion was enough for two. Staff was attentive. Will be back again. So glad they are able to reopen.
Excellent service. Great food. Sat inside near the window.
Pricey, though worth the price. Thank you.
I love your restaurant so much!
The food is always amazing as is the service!
Thank you for all of the wonderful meals!
Always the best experience
I made a reservation and my date made one too. So, they sat us using his reservation. His name is Salvatore Somma.
Food was very good and our server was very welcoming and attentive. It's a great location!
It was a joyful evening to be out and treasured the get together with friends.
Excellent drinks, food and service!! Highly recommend this restaurant
Live in building for 50 years. Regular!
It wasn’t bad. The pizza was pretty good. The appetizers were not bad at all. The drinks were pretty good. The service was decent, except for having to ask for the check several times. I was very surprised that they brought no bread to the table. Olive oil, olives, anti pasta? After all this is an Italian restaurant. Overall, it was just ok. I will never go back. For what we received, it is grossly overpriced. Leave it for the tourists.
Music on and this causes everyone to talk louder which leads to greater spre
Great restaurant for breakfast!! Superb waiter.
