   We had problems with cafe fig finding our reservation. We had issues with our order and the manager ended up comping our drinks and 1 entree. The food was okay, server was very nice, but service was slow and order was wrong. I don’t think we will be back soon. This was our 3rd visit there before a sporting event.

   Cafe Fig can always be counted as a favorite. The empanadas and the Parmesan fries are delicious ✨ Everyone I have brought to Cafe Fig has loved everything about it ♥️ And now that they have self-parking, it is even better. Best Caesar salad in town 💯 The ambience is soothing and the wait staff (everyone) is super-friendly and professional. I love this place. It’s affordable, quiet, attractive, delicious city’s, and easy in-and-out. Even for Uber/Lyft. You won’t be sorry 😃

    I really like coming here, the vibe is good and the staff are friendly and kind. The food and drinks are good. My go to is always matcha. The place is very clean and you have a variety of seating options.

    We had breakfast at Cafe Fig, breakfast and lattes were really good. The ambience is perfect for breakfast morning. Service was very fast and attentive. I wish the server would be more attentive and checking us out during our meal if we need anything. Overall I would recommend this place for breakfast and come back again.

    Went to brunch and were seated by the hostess stand across from the bar, rather than IN the cafe. You’d think our location would at least prompt excellent service but somehow, this was the slowest meal of my life. Cocktails took at least 30 min. My husband asked to sub a side salad instead of French fries and the server literally brought him a bowl of Arugala. Nothing else. Very strange.

    We went for brunch and were overall disappointed. They ran out of coffee mugs, my food came cold, my partners croissant sandwich came on sliced bread, and the service wasn’t great either. We won’t be going back.

    The service was below average. The food good and clean. The serve was not attentive. The host gave us better tips than the server. It’s beautiful inside with amazing art on display. It’s a very active place. It was busy reminding me of a cafe in NYC but prettier. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. My friends ordered empanadas that were good but Turkey sandwich below basic. Next time I’d try waffles. Parking is $20. Take the train or try to park a block away.

    I had such a lovely brunch experience at Cafe Fig and I’m going back everytime I’m in LA. The decor, the dining ware and furniture in the restaurant are just so beautiful. The specialty coffee menu was exciting. The food took a while but it was worth the wait. So delicious! And our waiter even gave us the most delicious pastries while we waited. Can’t wait to have brunch there again!

    Poor service, super loud, mixed up orders, out of stock on items and didn’t tell us until well after we ordered — Cafe Fig was a mess every time we dined there (3x over the weekend stay at the hotel).

    Terrible and slow service for mediocre food. Our waiter (and after we complained the manager) over charged us by over $50. Tried to scam us with untrue charges via added drinks, a random "up charge", Havana Club" and others shown in receipt. When we brought it to manager's attention she tried to explain something literally made no sense and was clear as day what they were doing. We were giving a "discount" which really meant they took SOME of the items off. Nevertheless the price or amount wasnt and never will be the issue. It was the bad service to begin with, followed by terrible food and fraudulent charges.

    Cafe Fig is a go to for breakfast/brunch in the neighborhood. The entree portions for the price are most definitely worth it. I always choose to sit in the patio area, but, it always seems that the service for outdoor diners is slower than usual. Ive had to chase down servers for water/condiments/checks. Patience is a virtue though! Will continue to dine here.

    Everything was great. Was haggled by some drunk people a few times that were walking past the restaurant, which was frustrating, but I chose to sit outside and there’s not much the restaurant can do to solve a problem like that. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and I’m definitely coming back. My girlfriend and I were even given a free glass of champagne because we were on a date.     Restored to its original artsy vibe, the bar and restaurant make it a perfect setting for any gathering. The food was excellent, the service encouraged conversation and dwelling. Felt very special.
