   My partner and I went to Cafe en Seine yesterday evening. I have severe food allergies (carry epipens) and our server made a note of it on the order and when the food came I noticed something on the plate I knew I couldn’t eat. The server apologised and explained this was a kitchen error. I have eaten here multiple times and never had an issue so I simply ordered a new meal as these things can happen and it’s not a big deal, people make mistakes. Within two minutes a manager came to our table to apologise and tell us that the restaurant was going to cover our meal. At first I was hesitant because I didn’t blame anyone, I work in customer service and understand these things can happen, it’s human error and it’s more so my responsibility to be vigilant. But they insisted on covering our meal and we were very grateful. An all around great experience as always, great food, great atmosphere, and most of all great service. We will be back again as it’s one of our favourites!

   Can not fault the service. from the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and good value.

   Our time at the restaurant was great. They were very accommodating to our three-year-old. And when there was a slight issue with the food, they were prompt and fixing it and offered complementary dessert to make it right. Highly recommend for those who want a bit of Paris in the middle of Dublin it’s a beautiful restaurant with a great bar and a great menu.

   First time today in cafe in siene , and I have to say that it was really good , food was delicious the staff is really helpful and friendly. I had something requested and they ended up doing it for me. Brilliant atmosphere and the price is great for a place so fancy like that .

    I made a reservation for my birthday on a Tuesday, just in case if I can’t find a table for 9-10 people. And the waitress/management was pushing us to leave with bringing the bill again and again and she was saying somebody asked for the bill (Nobody asked.) In the 3rd time, I asked them directly, ‘Who asked the bill? Because I see we still continue to order drinks?’ and she couldn’t answer. Then said something like about ordering food. It was not polite at all, and the place was empty to push us to leave.
