   I treated myself to a nice restaurant when in Paris and this fit the bill. The food and wine is extremely high quality. Impeccable, friendly service. Prices are high but I was happy to spend it here.

   I was not satisfied with the colored-eyed gentleman at the reception at the entrance. serving inside mr denis was good. food came too much late and salmon was a bit dry. price is not reasonable in quality balance. the ambiance is nice. Go to the brasserie section.

   Elegant and perfect location across from the opera Garnier. Service was uneven. They ran out of brioche the first two evenings I went to the restaurant. They neglected even a happy birthday welcome. Finally the third time I received both a nod and an amuse bouche.

    I wish I could accurately rate but unfortunately I sat at a table for 15 min and not a single waiter or staff member came to take even my drink order. The hosts were amazing, very nice and attentive. A bizarre experience.

    Server, Herve, perfection! He was really great. Ambiance great. Food was buffet and not good. We came in the last hour. But still. Buffets should look and be fresh for the duration at that cost per head.

    Terrible experience. We have booked this restaurant in advance for our wedding anniversary. When we arrived at the time of reservation at 15:30 to the restaurant, manager said the the kitchen is closed and we can only have tea and they cannot help. No one told us in advance that the kitchen will be closed and they told us that this is not there problem but the problem of open table app. When we insisted 2-3 times and asked for a senior manager they have agreed to ask kitchen to work extra 30 minutes and gave us a table. After that the waiters approached us and were asking us to eat faster, which is completely outrageous. The food arrived undercooked and was way below average. And after that they have charged us more than 200 euros for two people. This is the worst service we have received in many years

    This is a lovely restaurant, both inside which is classic old parisienne, and outside looking over the Place de l’Opera. I prefer eating outside but the inside is so beautiful and temperature control is excellent, so I would recommend eating inside. I will go again.

    We had a great dinner. Denis was our waiter and he was awesome. The French onion soup was really good as well as the burrata. We had the tuna and the veal both were excellent.

    Really unpleasant experience from the get go, accused of being late and was almost mocked when I said my name. The man on the desk laughed and said you’re late but it’s whatever because we hold tables anyway. I then showed him that my booking (that was confirmed) was 6:30pm and not 6pm. He rolled his eyes and laughed at me and ushered me off to a lady who showed us our table. We decided to leave after this and let the waiter know our reason was due to the rudeness of the staff. We got no apology, however the waiter was the nicest of the group of staff. Anyway, the building is really regal inside but that’s the only positive it seems

    Went to celebrate my birthday with my family for lunch and the service and the food was outstanding. Sitting in this over 100 year old restaurant with a superb French Ambiance was one of the highlights of the day.

    A classical French bistro in an elegant setting with knowledgeable and friendly staff serving well prepared food and a nice wine selection. Our party enjoyed the escargot and the foie gras starters. The 2 sole menuier were excellent and the presentation at table side added to the charm. My medium rare veal chop was unexpectedly chewier than anticipated. While the shrimp pasta was fine. The desserts were fine but nothing spectacular.

    We ended up leaving as it took so long for someone to take our order. We were sent inside to be seated and were waiting there for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us. We’d made a reservation for outside and we were then told it was closed due to an event. The table we were seated at inside was awkward and just felt like it was an extra table placed there to keep up with the demand. Was disappointed with the experience.
