   This was my worst experience with 'fine dining' by FAR. I travel to El Paso from Dallas, TX often for business. I work for an expansive, nationwide oncology network providing exceptional care to patients on a daily basis. It is my hope to receive the level of service and compassion that I provide, however that was not the case during my reservation yesterday evening. The dismissive micro aggressive & passive behaviors from the valet attendants, hostesses, the waiter and even to the manager on duty were absolutely horrible and unacceptable for a place of business that serves the "elite" of El Paso. MAJOR MISREPRESENTATION. I was seated immediately for my reservation but that is were the expectation of impeccable service ended. My server disregarded me and focused on other tables seated after me, the hostesses came to take my beverage and appetizer order after much delay (but was not knowledgeable of the menu offerings), the manager visited other tables to inquire about the patron's experience but never bothered to visit my table. My assigned waiter eventually brought my appetizer and just sat it on the table away from me with no offering of condiments or inquiring if I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. Never once did he match and provide the level of service I witnessed him provide to neighboring tables. The grossly unacceptable service, neglect, delays, dismissiveness and price point are definitely not worthy of a return visit, let alone an initial one. If you consider your establishment to be for the 'elite' only, then you should definitely acknowledge that GREEN is the only 'elite' color that your establishment should be concerned with. I most certainly will never patronize again and will advise others to follow suit.

   Our first time at Care Centeal and it not disappoint. We celebrated our 31 Wedding Anniversary there. The service was exceptional, wait staff were very attentive and they gave us a complimentary dessert. We will definitely be back.

   The sea bass was fantastic as was the duck. Every morsel we ate was delicious. The staff was attentive but not hovering. We loved our experience and will definitely be back.

   Amazing!!! Fantastic. My experience started before we got there. I called ahead of time and had a friendly person walk me thru my reservation and helped me move our time. Wonderful!!! Then our show finished early and we were still accomodated with the greatest ease. Our waitress suggested these wonderful non-alcoholic drinks...And she delivered!! My virgin spicy marg was delicious and exactly what I wanted. My daughter felt the same about her virgin colada!! Then our food came out- exceeding expectations. Our Chilean sea bass and rack of lamb was picturesque, flavourful, deep with nuanced flavor...Delicious is not enough of a word. Finally, our waitress brought out the bestest, most decadent chocolate mousse cake because our waitress remembered we were celebrating my daughter's graduation. I am so grateful for the attention to detail the whole team at Cafe Central has. You are my most favorite dining experience!!! Thank you all!!

    The food exploded with flavor. Every dish was so tasteful. Our servers were so friendly and professional. Our glasses never got below half full. They were always in the area. We did not need to wait for anything and yet we were never over bothered either. It was our grandson's 16th birthday. The hostess greeted us with a birthday card and at the end they brought a dessert with a sparkler. It was very thoughtful and kind. We couldn't be more pleased. We will be back and were extremely happy with our evening.
