Such an awesome place for fine dining. I would not recommend sitting near the piano or singer - very loud. Was trying to visit with friends and had to talk loudly in order to hear each other.

A very pleasant dining experience. Our server was warm and attentive. The cream of green chile soup was amazing. The lobster and prime rib did not dissappoint and the desert was decadent.

The food was terrific, very tasteful, and delicious. I didn't particularly appreciate where we were seated, it was in a small corner, with a TV directly on top of my head. I would have preferred better seating. The server forgot to give us complimentary bread. The rest of the service was excellent. Never had to ask for refills or removal of plates.

Me and my girlfriend felt out of place with how fancy this place was. They were very attentive to everything and went above and beyond for our anniversary. Our food was cooked to perfection and we would love to come here again in the future for another date night.

Celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday, service was absolutely top notch. Staff is friendly and helpful, atmosphere is excellent. Had to call ahead to let him know we were going to be running a little late. They were happy to accommodated our arrival time and let us know when we had to be done with our table for the next reservation.

It was a beautiful evening anniversary dinner for me and my wife. The adjacent guests were polite and we had struck up a conversation, though we could have privately had our own if we opted to. The staff was wonderful and on top of all our needs from entry to exit.

Parece que hubo cambios en la cocina, quitaron algunos platillos e incorporaron otros, los pequeños cambios son buenos. La crema de chile poblano tenía una consistencia más espesa de lo normal y el sabor cambió ligeramente tengo años saboreando este platillo emblemático y ayer sentí el cambio; sin embargo Café central seguirá siendo el mejor Restaurant para mi!

Cafe Central nails it every time... I'm from Chicago visiting my family at Fort Bliss... that's why I'm here... Cafe Central has the best Crab Cakes in town, best burger and best salads... servers Fernando and Adam are awesome... Cafe Central is very high end in terms of food and atmosphere, super friendly, and more than reasonably priced for the quality of food and the level of service you get

This is by far the nicest place we have come across in El Paso in two years. From the beginning they called to make sure the notes I placed on OpenTable were met therefore my girlfriend and I had a bottle of champagne waiting at our table. Live music was going however, it wasn’t overbearing and loud like the vast majority of places in El Paso. Service was impeccable from the host stand, waiter, to the sommelier. Atmosphere was amazing. I definitely enjoyed the fact they stuck to a strict dress code. Far too many times restaurants here allow sweatpants with hoodies and similar outfits at restaurants clearly not meant for that attire. Not at cafe central. Thank you for keeping that standard. Food was amazing. Fresh served bread, steaks that melted in your mouth paired with perfect wine. Dessert was an amazing end to the experience. We will definitely be returning.

Atmosphere is lovely and the service is outstanding. The location is a little awkward and the dishes aren't as great as I had anticipated, with prices that are just a little extravagant, but I guess that is the reputation.

The food was excellent. The waiter was excellent as well. The hostess service was a bit off: Although we made a reservation well in advance, we were seated at a six-person table, even though there were only two of us. And we weren’t given menus because the waiter thought we were waiting for four more people. Very strange experience, but the food made up for it.

My wife and I had the mushroom appetizer, green chili cream soup, and the Puntas (one normal and the other ribeye), dessert platter, and drinks and cappuccino. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent.

Nice decor, good service, live soothing music (singer, piano, bass). Seating for two tops somewhat cramped, chairs were a bit hard. I had the ribeye steak. It was less tender and less flavorful than I have had elsewhere.
