   Loved this place. We went for a special anniversary meal and the restaurant even got us a card and decorated our table! The beer and wine list is extensive and very varied. The food is outstanding. We had mussels for starters, ribeye steak for main and and waffles for dessert. We did want to try the shrimp but it was sadly forgotten from our order which wasn’t a problem as we were already stuffed! We will try them next time we visit. Will be recommending to our friends and family. Excellent food, super friendly staff, lovely restaurant, great location too. You MUST try this place!

   Spent an enjoyable Mothers Day with our two children. The service was fantastic and the food very good. The cost was very reasonable also.

   Lived in Maidstone for 3 years so can't believe I've only just used this restaurant. My loss! Lovely independent eaterie with an amazing aray of very interesting beers. The menu offers dishes that you wont find anywhere else in Maidstone. Our meals, the Cod with veg and the breaded huge meatball were very tasty and perfectly cooked. The very understated owner gave me great advice on my beer choice and the chef came out to check we were happy with the meals. Lovely touch. We will certainly be returning and very soon.

   I went here for Valentine's Night based on a recommendation. They offered a set menu for Valentine's night which was fantastic. The service was good and the food was amazing.

   Really enjoyed our evening here, highly recommend the giant meatball!! The live singer was really good but maybe a bit loud.

    The food was fine but not great. The restaurant is nice and comfortable but there were people drinking at the bar which made it feel more like a pub, fine if that's what you are looking for but not what we were anticipating.
