About Café Boulud Palm Beach
Located at the Brazilian Court Hotel, one of Palm Beach’s most coveted dining destinations, Café Boulud has undergone a complete renovation! Experience the all new look and menu this season.
The restaurant’s new design is lighter and elegant, achieved with unique touches like a ceiling made from sea shells and Pecky Cyprus, improved lighting, and warm wood flooring surrounding the glowing bar.
The newly expanded bar is dramatically backlit and casts a resplendent glow through the room. It’s a must for cocktails before dinner, craft beers on tap, or to enjoy the crowd and scenery; food is served at the bar throughout the day.
The renovated terrace and private dining rooms are a destination for entertaining in style, with a menu that balances signature Boulud dishes and French favorites inspired by his restaurants around the world.
During the high season, jackets are preferred. Shorts and beachwear are not permitted.

Café Boulud Palm Beach Ratings and Reviews
Food and service both very good. Dover sole was excellent - worth the lofty price. Well thought out higher-end wines by the glass. Overwhelming all was the perfect fall evening with the very Palm Beach-like courtyard setting. A local restaurant for us but always feels special.
Beautiful room, very good cocktails, wife’s salmon was very good though expensive, burger was good but a bit over cooked for medium, French fries disappointing as was the home made ketchup. The others had the Cobb salad and thought it was good. This was obviously lunch, the burger experience at a place like this should be gastronomical, it wasn’t but still a nice place. Regards. Ned.
We went to dinner on a Saturday night to celebrate a 60th. birthday. I had last been here perhaps 10 years ago. We both found it to be lovely, with excellent food and truly wonderful service. I would highly recommend it for any special occasion (and, if you are rich enough, for all meals). The service was helpful, friendly and not at all stuffy. I had a French onion soup followed by duck and then a soufflé. My date had a crab cake followed by something that I have forgotten! (I am even older than 60.) It was all very nice. Another thing that I found extremely attractive about the restaurant was that the tables were well spaced. I have eaten at several Daniel Boulud restaurants in New York and the rents there do not necessarily allow such a luxury.
The prices are, of course, high, so be prepared. About $100 a person without drinks.
Go ahead and splurge.
What an amazing meal we had! We stayed at the hotel and the restaurant was just an afterthought after a long drive there. It will now be a destination restaurant. The food was incredible. Everything fresh, flavorful, colorful and overall amazing. The service was impeccable. Their white cosmo with a frozen orchid in it was absolutely delightful as were all the drinks we tried.
Yes, it was pricey but well worth it. We will be back.
After a wonderful lunch, we spent one hour at a car wash taking glue off of our Mercedes and all we were told was “sorry, it’s not our fault”
When one valet parks one’s car, one assumes it will be parked in a safe area. I wrote an email to the GM. She didn’t call or email. Anywhere else, the management would care to have the client return by offering to pay for the car wash or inviting you to return another time. Very disappointed. This is not Palm Beach service.
The environment was pleasent . The staff was very nice and our server was attentive . It was an early dinner so I enjoyed the quiet dinner . The food wasn't anything to write home about . My appetizer salad was the best part of my meal and even that was lacking .
Absolutely our favorite restaurant. It is expensive so we save it for special occasions, but the care and preparation of the inventive cooking, the attentive and knowledgeable service and the attractiveness of the restaurant itself make for great value. Add to that the no corkage fee on Tuesday evenings during the summer and early fall and the fact that you never leave the restaurant hungry make Café Boulaud even more extra special.
We love going to Cafe Boulud when we visit the Palm Beach, FL area. The fixed price lunch is always wonderful, and this time was no exception. Our waitress, Mahrine, helped to make this an even more pleasant experience. The charcuterie appetizer is wonderful, and "moules frite" were the best mussels I have ever tasted. Desserts are beautiful and delicious. Don't miss this place.
Curtis our waiter was experienced and the perfect amount of friendly. All staff VERY WELL trained including bus workers and servers. No dish or table wear banging-very few places think about this nuisance. 50+ miles from our home, yet worth the drive. A south Florida gem.
We have been to this restaurant several times and loved it! In fact, our friends drove an hour to meet us for dinner. We were quite disappointed this time. We had to send back the mushroom veloute because it was as thick as wallpaper paste and not warm. One member of our party had an allergy - the food that arrived was so stripped down, it was very disappointing. The salad became hearts of romaine with a few anchovies, and coq au vin was just Chicken in Sauce - no pasta with it. This was not explained clearly beforehand.
We hope this was just a bad night for the restaurant and not indicative of a bigger problem. I'm sure our friends will not travel an hour for this restaurant in the future.
Food is outstanding! Cafe Boulud is a stop I always make when I am in the Palm Beach area. The food is always excellent and they always have something new to try on the menu. The service is top notch and the atmosphere is clean and classy. Highly recommend!
Seriously disappointed. Dropped $275 plus sommelier plus valet for my wife and I. Food and presentation were lacklustre with burnt toast for foie gras lapin and Bronzino fish served that was past fresh and smelled above sauce. Pomme frites that were oily. Wife's scallops over cooked. No finesse. Always wanted to try a Boulud restaurant. Hype did not match experience. Wait staff were excellent.
Have eaten here several times; this was the first mediocre experience. Two in our party had lupe de Mer two had the lamb. The fish was good, the braised lamb was dry. All had wines by the glass; decent selections but meager pours, especially for the prices. Poor value for money.
Incredible service. They really went out of their way to make our dinner special. We just thought the food was so-so. We both tried the sampler menu (appetizer, main course, dessert). One of the appetizers we ordered was something we had never tried (cold broccoli soup), and never will again. The charcuterie board was pretty good. My wife tried the swordfish (8 out of 10). I tried a pasta dish (convinced the sauce was liquid butter - not a lot of flavor otherwise). Dessert was baked Alaska (interesting take - used sorbet, which I liked) and a chocolate tort (tasty).
What has happened to Cafe Boulud? We were excited to bring family there last weekend, considering all the wonderful culinary experiences we have had in this restaurant. But this time, despite excellent service, the food was bland, uninspiring and overpriced. I'm afraid we will not be back.
Oh my gosh the Flavor Palm Beach menu was amazing! Every item was amazing. Such a great value. And the restaurant is beautiful. Not a bad table, the whole restaurant, inside, outside, bar area, private dining space are all stunning. You will not be disappointed. Just wonderful!
