Café Boulud Palm Beach
The restaurant’s new design is lighter and elegant, achieved with unique touches like a ceiling made from sea shells and Pecky Cyprus, improved lighting, and warm wood flooring surrounding the glowing bar.
The newly expanded bar is dramatically backlit and casts a resplendent glow through the room. It’s a must for cocktails before dinner, craft beers on tap, or to enjoy the crowd and scenery; food is served at the bar throughout the day.
The renovated terrace and private dining rooms are a destination for entertaining in style, with a menu that balances signature Boulud dishes and French favorites inspired by his restaurants around the world.
During the high season, jackets are preferred. Shorts and beachwear are not permitted.

The menu was lovely and mainstream this visit. Sometimes, it’s a little fussy for me, but not last night. We had the lovely Kate as our excellent server. Drinks were excellent, wine by the glass was great and everyone enjoyed their entrees. We sat outdoors at a table in the corner and felt very comfortable. No one close enough to make us feel unsafe. A lovely evening was had by all. We’ll go back soon.
Everything was perfect!
It was a great experience. Loved the food, service and atmosphere!
I have been to this restaurant before and it never disappoints me. It is simply the best in food service and atmosphere. They have done an amazing job making you feel safe in this crazy pandemic. Thank you!!!!
Great ambiance and outdoor seating in the Brazilian Court's garden. Nice service, and great menu. Perfect for a date, friends or families. Awesome risotto and beet salad.
Dinner was fabulous but stay away from the Charcuterie sm$23/LG$40 absolut not worth it , we had 2 for the table and the portion was a insult , all of us (5 ) where very disappointed , food is great we had a good night out but portions are way to small !
We enjoyed the beautiful garden setting. Eggs Benedict and an omelette both beautifully prepared. Excellent service. We plan to return with regularity
Really nice place, great atmosphere... but thats about all I loved. I love French food, I grew up working in a French restaurant. but nothing was wow to me...I actually feel head Chef must of been off that night because everything just seemed off... all that being said I would still love to eat there again.
A favorite restaurant of ours, great food, service excellent and overall ambience relaxing..
Lovely evening with excellent service and great food alongside amazing wines.
Beautiful outdoor terrace & excellent service. Food is good, although not plentiful.
Delicious brunch with friendly and professional staff. The seating is wonderful and the tables are well spaced out. We will certainly go back soon
My husband and I dined here for our anniversary and had an amazing experience. It is pricey, but extra special for a special occasion.
Consistent good food and service. Beautiful atmosphere, perfect for al fresco dining.
Fabulous setting. Meal was just okay. For $21 for a beet salad - I would have expected some flavor. Thank god we had salt to add some flavor. Not enough goat cheese to be worth the pricing. Filet was on the tough side. At $58 I would have expected a really nice piece of meat.
It was a Tuesday night, so maybe not what you would expect, being a week night.
This is second time dining here. Food is quite good, but we had poor service at the beginning of our night. The hostess initially sat us to a very noisy table, and we politely asked to be moved. She moved us, but 1 minute later the manager came by and told us we had to move again because they were not servicing that particular table. It was silly and poor form as the table was still very close to the other tables that were being served. Also, it was our anniversary, and there was no recognition of the special occasion until my wife mentioned it.
What should I say -it's the best French bistro food on the Island, for almost twenty years, starting with the chef Zach Bell. That standard of food and service have survived till today. It's pricey but worth it - their moules frites is outstanding, surpassed only by a nice portion of jumbo stone crabs. a choice of indoor or garden outdoor seating satisfies the most demanding tastes.
Beautiful garden setting. Impeccable service. Fine mostly French menu.
Food is great for any time of the day, nice music. Very relaxing place. Only need some improvement on the training with the outside seating servers.
Lovely dinner and great service as usual.
Spectacular as always! One of our favorites!
Great as always. Able to eat outside with all the incredible service.
The waitstaff absolutely made our evening!
They were welcoming, knowledgeable, articulate, attentive without being intrusive, and when appropriate amusing.
Their training as a team is impeccable.
Thank you - we really enjoyed our evening.
First off, the bread was stale. I had the Moules Frites and they were very good although a little high priced for lunch at $33. My friend had the snapper, and it appeared on a gray plate, covered in a white yoghurt type sauce that did not look very appealing. This dish was $52 for lunch??? Quite pricey and although tasty very disappointing. To be at a restaurant of one of the most famous chef's in America, we expected so much more.
Remember fine dining? It’s still here at Cafe Boulud. The Dover sole was perfectly cooked, meunière sauce served on the side.
Warm, friendly space and service.
Go here for a stress-free dinner.
Will definitely return as often as I can.
Food and beverage was very expensive for what we had. It’s a lovely place and somewhere we have been to numerous times, though the prices are more like NYC restaurants. We will not be going back.
Outstanding service and food
We enjoyed ourselves. Very casual and relaxing. The breakfast menu had many interesting choices and aver y wide variety. Look forward to returning.
The key word is “Cafe”. The service was excellent, very attentive and charming. From there onwards, the price-value doesn’t relate. The wine list is extensive, however, the food itself is nothing much more than ‘okay’.
I’d go back for lunch with the knowledge that it’s not fine dining, just a cute setting with a high price tag.
We had a fantastic meal and the service was impeccable. We will go again when we are in the area.
Outstanding!!! The safest place in town to dine and the most delicious with wonderful service.
Been wanting to eat here for years. Top class palm beach stuff. Great cocktails Pearfume and Bergamot Sour Marg.
The game-winner def was the Alba White truffle purses with a chicken au jus and parsley topped with shaved truffle. I tend to stray away from the daily specials but sometimes you gota bite.
Oh and her blue cheese filet wasn’t anything to scoff at either with some amazing mashed and onions. Or the chocolate pistachio soufflé. Or the Cobia Tartare.
My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at Cafe Boulud last night and could not possibly have had a better evening. The service and food were both incredible. We shared two starters — the cobia tartare and quail ballotine — that were outstanding. Short ribs and snapper followed as our mains. While we thought we were ending up with upside down chocolate cake for desert, our waiter brought us a second desert with Happy Anniversary written across the plate in chocolate. We’ll definitely be back — and won’t wait a year to do so.
Cafe Boulud is the perfect setting for a special occasion dinner. We sat outside and were very comfortable. The service was impeccable and our dinner was amazing. We started with the lobster salad and truffle agnolotti as appetizers, which were both excellent, and continued with filet mignon and snapper for dinner.
Beautiful restaurant we will make it a regular!
We never seem to be given a nice table here. Other tables were available but we were seated by the bus station and the staff kept walking back and forth right next to our table. Not very pleasant. The food was wonderful.
The food was delicious and such a treat in the beautiful setting of Brazilian Court. Looking forward to returning!
They did the best they could in light of a driving rain storm and the pandemic.
Look forward to going back when they can be at their very best -- as we know they can.
I saw the name Cafe Boulud pop up on open table. We happened to be in West Palm celebrating a friend’s birthday and I got so excited and recommended that we do Cafe Boulud for the dinner. I have been to Cafe Boulud in NYC as well as Daniels in NYC.
I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED. The appetizers were bland, the calabaza veloutte lacked a balance of flavor and the cobia ceviche was good. The squash risotto had no flavor, the duck breast was chewy and the duck fat was not rendered properly. All around a disappointing dinner. I hope that they improve the food. With all the competition in the area it’s just a matter of time before this closes down. Chef Boulud fix this. I really expected more from you.
