   We had a wonderful dinner last Saturday night. The restaurant is not large, but the ambience was very nice and it was relatively quiet and best of all we were not rushed. We thought the food was exceptionally good and we would definitely go there again.

   My wife and I have decided to try a NEW restaurant every Friday! We found this place on Open Table. The reviews we good so we figured why not and made a reservation. The place was empty and I can’t figure out why? The food was great! My wife had the Short Ribs and I had the Veal. This is a must go!!! We will be going back!

   What a find! The food was delicious and the service was great. It is definitely a gem on the North Shore.

   Although we did not see this on their website,there was a valentine menu only. It was a prefix, and although there was only 4 entrees, we found a steak to our liking. For $40.00 each it was not bad since it the appetizer was excellent, as well as the main course and desert. I just wish there was a little more variety, and even there regular menu in my opinion is narrow. This is why I recommend it for special occasions only. Sincerely Larry Schwartz

   Really enjoyed the food and wine at this restaurant. Innovative menu, great wines by the glass and knowlegeable somalier. The service was impeccable; the food amazing. My only suggestion would be to tone down the choice of music (funk/soultrain played at high volume) which didn't work with the otherwise romantic atmosphere. We will definitely be returning to this newfound gem!

   Alas, even apart from the cold interior - decor, as well as temperature - the experience was grim. Ample portions of very so-so food. The cioppino was the least tasty rendition I've had. The salmon was okay but the accompanying melange unpleasant. Bread was awful. The high point of iur dinner was the apple salad; it was all downhill from there. Oh, yes. Our companion's bourbon rang in at $10, plus - are you ready for this? - a dollar extra for ice. Back to basics, Aroma! Warm the place up. Splurge on white tablecloths. Invest in some good bread. Tune up the cuisine. Stop gouging on the liquor and stop charging for ice. Ask yourself objectively what kind of experience your diners are having, and what kind of experience you want them to have.

   My wife and I were new to the cafe, heard they were serving dinner, so we thought we should give it a try. We had a wonderful time. From the front of the house to the Chef in the back it was easily seen that these employees care about this establishment. Service, very attentive and polite. The food was simply fantastic! Atmosphere cozy but still with a fine dining feel. Overall a must stop location if you are in the area. We plan on being seen there many times more.
