Cafe Amore has been serving great Mediterranean-inspired food since 1995. There's something for everyone at this popular local establishment.     Honestly, we have heard so many good things about Cafe Amore over the years and had oddly never been. That said, we do go to The Valley 6 times a year. Knowing that they are sister restaurants, our expectations were kinda high. Unfortunately, our experience was a little lacking. Multiple mistakes with our orders, a forgotten bottle of wine and sadly, heavily over salted food. Also, soggy slices of garlic bread? Yikes! Hoping it was an off night, as we’d like to come back. Better luck next time.

    We had a reservation and were seated on time. The food was great. Service was a little disorganized as we received the main course before the appetizer were finished. However the waitress was pleasant. So we had a good evening.

    Cafe Amore has become our new favorite restaurant in St. Catharines when we visit family there. (Our second visit in two months). Tasty food, great menu selection, and exceptional service. They accommodated our need to have a quiet corner of the restaurant. The server couldn't have been more responsive, attentive and accommodating.
