We totally enjoyed our experience and meal at Cafe Americano. The evening ambiance is so warm and inviting….the lights, trees and plants, the tables that are not one on top of another. The staff were attentive without being overbearing. All the food we ordered at the table was delicious, as were the drinks. All in all it was a delicious meal and we would totally recommend this restaurant.

The food was good and service was good as well . My only complaint is that the menu doesn’t allow for sides of eggs, or bacon , or sausage to add on to your meal . You literally have to buy the all American breakfast to add to your meal.

Fantastic vibes on an outdoor patio deck, with lively music and a nice breeze through the palms. Plenty of shade and fans. All day brunch too, although the vibes are definitely the highlight.

My wife’s birthday was nicely celebrated in this romantic outdoor location. The only negative was the street noise, but the quality of the food, the excellent service, and their birthday surprise cake, far outweighed any negatives.

Food was ok. Omelet was very small and toast was cold and hard. Pancakes had some chocolate chips on top but were really plain pancakes inside. Cute restaurant and we liked the casual vibe. Music was way too loud for early morning crowd.

Came here for an impromptu dinner while on vacation. We sat on the patio for some good people watching. The portion size was definitely Texas sized! Great value for the price. I was unimpressed by the calamari due to 50% of it was battered peppers. The Loaded Mac & Cheese was AWESOME! Service was pretty good. Drinks were a 5/10.

The service was the worst we have received in literally years. The waitress did not followup with us. Both times when one of use left the table to seek assistance she asked someone else to take care of it instead of handling it herself. She seemed more interested in flirting with the bartender than working. There was no salad dressing on my cesar salad. Service was slow at best. The environment was noisy with echos. They add a 20% automatic gratuity to the bill which disincentivizes quality service and allows this behavior to continue. You pay on a handheld computer which then asks for an additional tip so unsuspecting or inattentive diners can add more tip for bad service.

Food was mediocre at best! Overcooked calamari, medium burgers were well well done. I think the waitress knew she was getting the automatic 20% tip and her flippant attitude reflected that! Save your money!

Party of 5. Went online to view menu. We liked it. My 5 year old ordered from the kids menu which after showing up had 1 selection instead of the 5 shown online. The menu showed kids meals were $10 and included a free drink. We ordered a kids meal (chicken fingers and fries with a sprite). We got the bill and we’re charged $16 for the kids meal and $6 for the drink. I brought it to the attention of the waiter and he said that I must have read it wrong. I showed him the website. He wouldn’t adjust the price. $24 for a kids meal is ridiculous. Plus, 20% automatic tip. The food was great tasting and location were great. Just very disappointed in the false advertising and unwillingness of the waiter to address the problem.

I thought it was way over-priced for the quality of food. My salmon wasn’t cooked thoroughly and the waffle bread pudding could’ve used another scoop of ice cream. Our server was friendly and helpful but I feel like the whole experience took a long time when there weren’t too many people there at the time. Also felt like the menu was limited.

Great food but the service charge is oppressive and deceptive to customers. There is no clear way to tell if a customer is tipping the proper amount 20% service charge as explained to me by the waitress was a division of some percentage between her and either the restaurant or the staff. I am inclined to leave no tip because there is already a 20% up charge that I’m paying. This is a terrible way to handle gratuities. Worst part of visiting Miami
