It’s good, good social distance. I liked the fried potatoes cube, yummy.
Horrible service, food was cold, waited 1 hour for food
Nye celebration. Clean and plenty of space
I had coffee and the Americano Breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious! I ended dinner with a Bloody Mary that was definitely worth the $15.
John our waiter was great. The food was hot and good.
Worse service ever. Waited 20 minutes to be seated. The manager just looked at us did nothing ... food was good
But got feeling no one cared. 3 people behind us just left
Don’t bother. Eat a pizza
The waiter named Jorge kept ignoring us and never checked on us after someone else brought us our food. He was very rude! Food was very overpriced and not that good. Won't go there again!
The service and food were subpar. We didn't see a server for most of our meal and we had to flag down kitchen staff for refills. We saw the manager floating around, but he seemed utterly uninterested in helping a clearly nonchalant wait staff. The food itself was bland and lacked any sort of creativity or rich flavor. The frites were good. Don't eat here if you're a foodie and want a great culinary experience. However, this is great if you want something basic, you're on the run, or have hotel dining credit. It's overpriced compared to other great culinary experiences you can have in Vegas.
Spectacular!!! Best food ever. Romantic Restaurants. Great Location. Great attention. Awesome Staff
A little confusion ad it seems host was not aware of reservations made for the evening. Food and service was good.
With reservations, we were seated promptly. The waiter provided excellent service. The food was great. We can't ask for anything more.
We ordered several different dishes all of which were super tasty.
It was stressful coordinating face mask down, bite food, place mask back, chew thoroughly, mask pulled up, mask pulled down, sip drink, face mask up, mask pulled down ... rinse and repeat. Unfortunately, I had bad coordination that resulted in drinking through my mask. Also got busted for chewing with mask down and got in trouble. Makes for a very weird experience to 2020.
Was able to get a reservation and the experience was great! Our server, John, was just outstanding! Our food was very good as well. We will be back!
Great breakfast! Great service! Love the atmosphere!!!
Went for both lunch and dinner. Service at lunch was excellent and the food was good. Dinner service was poor as are waiter seem to be on a hurry to move on, once the food arrived, no follow up. The place was not that busy, just seems the customer didn’t matter poorly disappointment after the excellent service at lunch.
The food is average at best, with small portions that are ridiculously overpriced. Service was slow and the kitchen was even slower. Do not waste your time or money!
Overpriced for quality offered. The previous ownership provided much better service and quality at similar prices.
Food was very bland and over cooked.
Cindy was very helpful and polite. The food was amazing.
Breakfast was great. The staff was so amazing. I really appreciate them working with everything going on. But I feel like they just went above and beyond to be welcoming and caring. Everyone wore a mask. I never felt unsafe.
Great food served very quickly or at your leisure as you wish. We had lunch and brunch items and they were both very good. Service was very attentive and the food was tasty and hot.
So so good! Everyone is super friendly & coffee is amazing 🤩
The best place EVER! Ask for John the server, he is the best. The GM, Frank, came over to make sure it was so DELICIOUS. *chefs kiss*
Fantastic server- horrible hostess who misunderstood the mask with beverages and food policy she believed we could not drink our coffee until our food was served
Guess if we only ordered a beverage we could only look at it.
Great food & Service
Great food good service
The food at Cafe Americano is always good. We had Elvia, for the second time, as our server. She is always very attentive and has a very fun personality. We will definitely be back!!
Very nice atmosphere, excellent service. I enjoyed the background music.
Services was good, food was good.
My experience at this place was horrible. The waiter was really rude and unprofessional. I went to this place with my boyfriend and the waiter just got water for one person, not sure why, which was weird. Then the waiter got our order for the food for which he was rude but we let that pass too. After a while i asked the waiter if he could click a picture of me and my bf together as it was our anniversary, to which the waiter got really upset and just left without responding. He got back to our table after 2 minutes or so and just clicked a picture in a second did not even wait for me to come next to my bf. So the picture is my bf seating and me walking towards him. Due to this overall experience our date night for our anniversary went down the drain. Really really disappointed.
There omelette was amazing and the jelly was great as well for the toast.
Ate breakfast there everyday and it's always the best. The only thing we didn't like was the competing music. The casino plays music and so was Cafe Americano except the were different playlists. So that was a bit annoying.
Frittata was excellent! Very big portion, lots is leftovers. Was able to customize ingredients.
Service was very attentive.
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, but the food was alright. The waffle was gummy and thick, not very crispy. The tacos were yummy but did not have double tortillas like a lot of street tacos, so the tortillas got soggy and ripped. The portions were almost too much for one person. The standard breakfast was nothing special.
Breakfast was OK but very very expensive. It cost us $80.00 for 2 people. we had an omelet, 1 pancake, 2 eggs, potatoes & sausage
Excellent food but they seemed a little understaffed. A little over priced but was enjoyable.
Cafe Americano at Paris does not take reservations. We informed the host we had a reservation through open table and she told us they do not take reservations but also stated that many people claim to have made reservations. If this is a common occurrence, it should be looked into, but the other staff, including our waiter and the manager on duty didn’t seem to care.
Service was slow and staff were inattentive otherwise. We ordered waffles, and oatmeal with a side of toast which took 20-25 minutes to arrive at which point they also brought us a meal we did not order. It turns out that a man at a table near us didn’t receive his food properly either, considering we were given his meal initially. When it came to paying the bill we had to request our server bring it and we were ready to pay immediately, she continued to walk past our table many times before picking up the payment.
If you want something simple, convenient and are staying at Paris, Cafe Anericano is easily accessed right on the casino floor.
