They had the old menu the dish I planned to order was not available in the menu with the ingredients stated. They have not specifically stated that salad was not offered with certain items. Other than those two, the service provided by the waiter was good. Receptionist that day was not friendly. Wasn't even smiling. Ambience there is really nice. Hopefully they could enhance the menu and improve the service altogether as they are new and got lot of potential to thrive there.

You can tell they take it seriously, and it shows in every cup. The food was also very good, with a menu that balances simple comfort with fresh, quality ingredients. Service was on the slower side during my visit, but not unfriendly and more reflective of the unhurried pace of the place. All in all, Café 23 delivers a lovely experience if you’re not in a rush. Great coffee, good food, and a quiet, well-designed space. For sure it’s the sort of spot you will come back to.

It is extremely difficult to find. The sign is way too small if you’re not familiar with the location. I love the name, and the concept of the biblical nature of the menu. The food for the most part was very good; however I ordered a side salad and my salad was very disappointing. It was only lettuce greens with dressing and nothing else. The food could have been served hotter. All in all intent again when in the area.

Wonderful place to stop and have great coffee and even try something new to drink. I did not order anything to eat however the menu looks great. Staff was very friendly! Will not hesitate to revisit.

A bit confusing when you first enter due to its location, but a lovely entry once you are there. The coffee and food were good, and the service was at the onset; however, as the cafe became busier, our server did not stop by our table, and it was difficult to find. When we flagged them because we needed something, the vibe was different from the server. Our table was nicely tucked away, but next to the counter, right where the coffee grinder/maker is. It was incredibly loud every time they used it, so we had to stop talking because we couldn't hear each other.

This was our first time at this restaurant. We will definitely return. The staff from the hostess to the servers were all friendly and helpful. The lattes were delicious. We had a caramel and a lavender latte. The food was also delicious. The breads with each meal were different, tasty, and fresh. The chicken salad sandwich was huge. The stuffed french toast with fruit was good. The salmon omelet and garnishes were very good. We would recommend trying this new restaurant.
