   We enjoyed having my birthday meal and anniversary meal at Cadillac Ranch.... a very nice evening

   Server was non professional and very slow. Took 20 minutes to get our initial drinks and 20 minutes for refills. It was not that busy when we were there.

   Everything was good, except we were asked to leave because there was another reservation coming in and needed our table. We came in for Mother’s Day and was just sitting there after eating catching up and talking when the server asked us to leave. There were plenty of tables on the floor that could’ve served a 12 top That had reservation. I just thought it was kind of rude that we were asked to leave for another party to sit there.

   We arrived in time for the reservation. The front desk area was so backed up and disorganized that we never even got to speak to someone before the reservation window expired. After about 15 minutes of waiting and no communication, the line for a table was extended out the entry door of the restaurant and it wasn’t even very crowded for a Saturday night. The manager stepped in to help and it made things worse. My husband and I opted to leave and dine elsewhere. This is unfortunate because Cadillac Ranch has always had good food and been a positive experience. I’m hoping it was just a hiccup and things get back on track.

   Made a reservation, but they were not prepared. Tables weren't cleared. Several menu items were unavailable. Waitress was good, but extremely busy. LOTS of kids in the restaurant.

   This was just ok for me. I ordered the Buffalo wings and the signature burger. Wings were passable. Could have been crunchier The burger though, not impressed. No flavor. It had lettuce tomatoes and cheddar. The meat was not seasoned and the burger was dry. I had to put ketchup and mustard on it just to eat it. Cannot recommend the burger here.

   Service was very good and friendly. Kylie never made us feel rushed. Food was very good, too. We hadn't gone for quite a long time, but we'll be back.

   The service was miserable. It took 50 minutes to get a hamburger and a bowl of (cold) soup. This was one of the worst dining experiences ever. Terrible. The manager said they were having “issues” on a busy evening. The best she could offer was comping the soup and giving me a card for an appetizer on my next visit. I’m sure there will be no next visit.
