The service was so bad it couldn’t have been worse. We weren’t welcomed or even spoken to. Very unfriendly atmosphere and totally disappointing . Was expecting a much better evening. The best part of dining here was eating in a lovely outdoor space.The pasta carbonara was basically tasteless and the server told me it was the best pasta on the menu….total disappointment . The food was put down on the table and then we never saw the server again.I mentioned on the ressie that we were celebrating a birthday…. No one mentioned it or did anything .

Caesar salad was great—one of the best I’ve had. We had a late reservation and I think the chef wanted to leave because pastas came out before we finished the salad and looked and tasted like they had been microwaved—fettuccine was all clumped together and the cheese sauce on the gnocchi had a congealed skin on top. The service was nice and friendly but don’t think I’d try this place again.

We chose this restaurant for my birthday. At first we could not find it in the strip mall, because the restaurants name is not clearly displayed anywhere, This is a minor glitch. The food was amazing, service was good. I would’ve liked to have been seated indoors, it’s much more cozy, but we were seated on the sidewalk on the outside of the patio. All in all, I recommend. The weekends are busy. Food was excellent

Went for Valentine’s Day, was soooo looking forward to their Cacio e Pepe, and while the dish did not disappoint the chaos in this establishment most certainly did. The place was completely ill equipped to deal with a full house (inside and out) and people were waiting hours for their meals. We were pretty much ignored till bread and butter appeared over half an hour later, then main course appeared an hour later….BEFORE our LONG ANTICIPATED first dish!!!! This whole night was an absolute disaster experience. We rejected the entree and insisted on getting our first dish, the Cacio e Pepe was exceptional but when we finally did get our entree the lamb chops were rare and had ordered medium. This was a complete disappointment all the way around. My suggestion to this restaurant would be to limit the number of tables each night and focus on quality of service instead of quantity of patrons. Our dinner really had the potential for greatness.

We waited over 2 hours to get our main course due to some issues in the kitchen. Our waiter never came up to check on us or tell us there will be a 2 hour delay to get our food. When we finally spoke to the manager he was very rude and said if we’re not happy we can leave which is what we did. Very disappointing experience.

Having dined at Cacio e Pepe at least a dozen times during the past year, I can unequivocally state that this is one of the finest dining experiences in all of North Miami Beach, The quality of the food is very high and the service is professional and friendly. My girlfriends and I went here last night for dinner to celebrate my friends 40th and from the moment we got there we loved it!! The food was wonderful, the service great. We will definitely come back there!! You have to get the cacio e Pepe with black truffle. So delicious!!

This is my 10th dining experience at Cacio e Pepe and the restaurant continues to dazzle. The food is extremely well prepared, service is friendly and impeccable, and the atmosphere is welcoming.
