   Excellent service our server was patient with us as we were having a difficult time picking wine. Our complimentary chocolate torte for my birthday was extra special too! The gnocchi was a bit greasy, maybe that could be improved. Overall we love CACi!

   Went with another couple. Two of us got pizzas, one got a gluten free pasta dish and one got the wagyu steak. The pizzas (the fig-sauce/gorgonzola/prosciutto and the wild boar meat pizza) were both delicious!! The wagyu beef was devine but wasn't very much and don't know if it was worth the $34 dollars...definitely was worth the $26 dollars before prices went up. We were expecting lower prices per what the previous pictures of the menu were saying but guess it's what it is because prices have gone up everywhere. The pasta was really not good. It didn't look appetizing and our friend only got three shrimp and was charged extra for the gluten free noodles...definitely not worth the $26 dollars it cost. Got the pork butt lettuce wraps which were great but not enough :-( Service was okay....super nice guy but forgot about three things we requested and we had to request all those things twice. It was a busy night though. If your looking for a quiet intimate place though so a tad more expensive food donl not go here....it's loud (not Red Robin loud) but it's not quiet. We did make reservations due to it being a Friday night and only had to wait for about 6 minutes for a table. We did not drink but they have an extensive bourbon/whiskey list but we decided to wait to get home and drink for cheaper haha. All in all we would go back again but probably just have pizzas and appetizers.

   The service was great - no pressure and they explained changes on the menu along with sharing their personal favorites. The gnocchi and scallops were both beautiful to see and flavorfull to eat.

   It was our first time at Caci. Our server Sabrina was super helpful and friendly. My husband’s boar pasta was amazing. The drinks are great and it’s a nice environment. We will be back with friends and family.

   Pizza was not cooked all the way. Raw doe had a half a slice. Did not send back just had them throw it away. Steak was not cooked like I asked. It was very tough and dry (Not Wagu)! Had two bites and was over it. Asparagus was cooked too long chewy and stringy Apps were good. Octopus and pork belly wrap very good! Bison was very good as well good job on the bone marrow. Will not likely be going back. Did not complain send food back or ask for anything to be taken off bill. Swallowed my pride and payed up.

   The service was poor at best, the food was ok, don't waste the $2 on the focaccia it was so dry you couldn't eat it. Trying to find authentic Italian/Sicilian food this wasn't it.

    Where do I begin… reservation was for 7:30 and we finally got a table sometime after 8… then 15 minutes later they then brought another couple to for us to share the table with… By 9, the strangers at our table finished their food and left before ours even came out. 90 minutes after our reservation. On top of it they served me the cold pizza that had been ready for 30 minutes while they painstakingly handcrafted my dates meal. When I sent the pizza back, they served me an undercooked one as a replacement. My dates dish was also undercooked. I dine out a lot and I can’t recall an experience where so much went wrong. Mistakes happen, but 5 mistakes? It was obvious they couldn’t accommodate the reservations they had, but OpenTable showed they were wide open that evening. We won’t be returning….

    Reservation was for 7:15. We arrived 5 min early. Didn't get seated until 7:50pm. Order was taken & food finally arrived at 8:35. At this point there were 4 or 5 empty tables, so not terribly crowded. Felt like the place had been over booked. Food was ok.

    Valentine’s Day. Exceptional service. Food was good. Tables (bench seat + chair) too close together and noise level (people, music) too loud. *** PLEASE consider your handicapped customers and put out de-over when it’s snowy/icy … slippery and VERY unsafe trying to get from handicap spot around the back of cars, between cars and across the sidewalk to the door. Allow disabled patrons to park in front.

    First time there and it was fantastic! The Gnocchi was one of the best I've ever had. The pork belly was cooked perfectly. We can't wait to go back and try the pizza.

    We were immediately sat, even though there was a line. We were served quickly, the food was so good! The noise level got a little loud at one point but it almost made it easier to talk because I didn’t have to whisper. Super awesome experience and we will be back!!!!

    I had made reservations on OpenTable, when we got to the restaurant, they did not have our reservation, I showed the hostess the reservation, and she said, I’m really sorry, here I had invited friends who had never been there, needless to say, they could not get us another table, and we had to stand at the bar with two stools and four people! I would assume that they would’ve given us or comped us something for our meal I don’t know if I’ll ever use OpenTable again, do you work directly with them? How does this work?

    We made reservations for New Year’s Eve at 4 PM. Lauren was our waitress and did an excellent job. The ambiance was very relaxing. We had their homemade focaccia bread with spicy olive oil, Caesar salad and pizza. Their pizza was very good, and their homemade bread was out of this world. The Caesar salad was not something we will order again due to the fact, the dressing has anchovies in it, and you can taste them. We also had cocktails and red wine, which were all excellent. We will definitely be back.

    The restaurant was cold. They had limited help. Our dishes sat on the table for a while. The servers were cordial and nice. They knew the menu well and described the dishes in detail.

    Well I was disappointed in the food. I think my lettuce wasn't anything special. It was very wilted but the waiter was good about taking off the bill. It was as if it had gotten too cold. We didn't even finish eating it. Also it seemed my pizza had been sitting for while as it was just warm and wasn't really impressed with the quality. I don't usually write negative comments but it was just sub standard. I really like the ambience at Caci. Our waitress was very good. I have been several times a while ago and liked it but just wasn't impressed this time.

    Overcharged on one of our dishes. It was listed as $25 on the menu and got charged $33. You don't get a receipt unless you have them email or text it to you from their device. Looked at menu online to see the price of the dish and there were no prices listed online. The server also asked me if I'd like a different tequila with my drink I ordered and said she likes some specific one without stating how much of an upcharge it was, so I went for it. It was a $12 upcharge. Had I known, I would not have paid $23 for a mediocre cocktail. Bill came out to $150, or $180 with tip. Totally not worth it. We could've had fantastic steaks elsewhere at that price...

    It was an lively environment , not a place for a conversation. It was our anniversary (22) . We will return but will know what to expect. Waitress/server didn’t seem too thrilled about her job but she is young. Girls that greeted us also young and neither didn’t really know the occasion for our reservation. Just training I suppose. Food was excellent.
