Once again, we had a wonderful lunch under the great care of our server, Brittany. Her friendliness and professional manner alone is a great reason for returning. The food is absolutely creative and tasty. We have been stuck on one item on the menu and have already decided what we'll select next month when we return for the Bach at Noon concert. What a wonderful restaurant to find in Bethlehem!

The entire meal was delicious. The portions are huge, but of course, we had to try the classic dessert crepe with Nutella, bananas and strawberries. It did not disappoint! This was our second visit and we will be back. There are so many other options to try!

By far one of my FAVORITE Restaurants! The food and drinks are delicious, the prices are perfect, and the ambiance feels like a dream! Don’t miss out on the House Made Frites!

This was such a cute and amazing location . The food was great , and the ambience was amazing . It’s in a prime location in Bethlehem and it’s a gem. Great brunch spot .

We drive 60 miles from the Philadelphia area to attend Bach at Noon monthly. This was our first visit to Cachette French Bistro and it could not have been better. The seating had us side by side looking over to the distinctive architecture of Bethlehem. We both ordered the Croque Madame, a most delicious selection equal to that which we had in Paris eight years ago. The service was excellent and attentive. Sorry to not remember the name of the wonderful young woman who tended our table, for she was superb. Excellent selection of wines-by-the-glass and flavorful coffee. We look forward to our concert next month for another day of Bach, conducted by Greg Funfgeld and lunch at Cachette French Bistro.

Small, casual french bistro has a good vibe, delicious crepes and coffees. Great place to go for a casual meal with friends. There's only a few tables, so good idea to reserve ahead of time.
