We’ve been here a few times. Usually decent food but last night was rather interesting. Felt very pushy and one example still leaves a bad taste in my mouth….my boyfriend order a Caesar salad for his meal and asked to add chicken. Like ANY other restaurant - we thought he’d get a small breast diced up on top of his lettuce. Instead, he had a full chicken (like a dish on their main course menu) slapped on top of the small bed of lettuce. While most might say this was ok, the up charge was not. The salad alone was $18 and the chicken was $55 extra. Unbelievable - we paid over $70 for a SALAD. I was not pleased to say the least. At least give us a heads up if you can’t accommodate.

Fabulous as always! This continues to be one of the best restaurants in Aspen. Pork Chop was perfection, salmon was divine, and the Pappardelle was outstanding. We will be back soon!

Really enjoyed every aspect of my experience at Cache Cache. The food, drink and ambiance was perfect. If you like rack of lamb, this might be the best I’ve ever eaten (and I’ve had my share of lamb). Started with the pasta special and escargot. Both were delightful and a good portion as starters. The wine list is a lot but the sommelier was so helpful. Overall great experience while in Aspen.
