We had a wonderful server who was obviously juggling more tables than normal. She made the experience ok. The food came out cold, sent back and came out slightly warm. Disappointing when paying $45 for turkey dinner.

Food and service were fantastic. We really liked all the various appetizers and entres we got. Bread is sooo yum! However, they don't allow substitutions in entres. Hard when you have limitations in your diet, so that was a downer. There was not nearly as many people as last time we were there 2 years ago, not much ambiance and could walk in and get a table (even though we reserved ahead). Was not the case 2 years ago, it was packed! Could have been nc we went Wed night before Thanksgiving vs Friday after Thanksgiving 2 years ago. Menu options are limited, but it was very very good. Decor is fun. Great place for apres-ski as well.

Arrived on time and restaurant was not full, yet the hostess said they were busy. She sat us down and gave us water and menus. Almost 40 minutes later, no waiter/waitress came to take our order. We saw another family get taken care of but we did not. We saw a few waitresses casually hanging out, talking to each other but never approached us. We walked out and the hostess saw us and said nothing. Would not recommend.

The braised mushrooms were delicious - some of the best I’ve had and they make their own ricotta. Amazing food, drinks and service! Will be definitely be back! They do brunch everyday until 3pm.

My husband asked for burger cooked medium. It was raw in the middle. I ordered the gnocchi and got 8 gnocchi with sauce and a little shredded chicken for $40. The grilled sourdough app was two pieces of bread for $10. Food was bland. Would not return.

Cabin Juice has a cool, chill, mountain-town vibe. It's a great place for coffee, a meal, to work, or hang out with friends/family. - The French toast was UNREAL - the best I've ever had. - The Gravity bowl with salmon was OKAY. Very nutritious but lacking in flavor. - Service was great. Cherise "Cheese" was our waitress! She was awesome. I'd come back to Cabin Juice!

Service was really slow for only three tables. Food was decent, but a bit over priced for sides to not be included. I didn’t enjoy my hot coffee coming in a glass jar. It was warm at best. If it were cold it would have been fine.

Delicious food! Would absolutely go back for the drinks and meal. However, our seats were super uncomfortable. We sat in a ski lift booth and could hardly reach the table from our chair, they were positioned so far away. I was standing half the time so that I could hear my dinner date while eating. If you go, get a high top or other table.

Service and atmosphere were fantastic. The food was a miss for us. We started with short ribs and the were over cooked and dry. The curried salmon was recommended and the coconut milk rice was by far the best of anything we ate. The salmon was a nice size but over cooked. The special was a 10oz. elk rack which was undercooked and had mild flavor. We added a side of the potatoes and they were so dry we didn’t care to eat them. For the higher prices you would just think the food would rise to the level of the service.

I had been here for dinner previously, but this was my first brunch. It seemed like they were under staffed. Lattes took a long time as they came from the coffee shop downstairs. Food was good.

The food was great, but a very limited menu. The food price was on the high side of price for the portions. Super cool atmosphere and nice wait staff. Food and drinks just took a long time for how little people were there.

The food and drinks here are great. If I were sitting at the bar, this is an easy 5 stars. Unfortunately we weren’t and it was the worst service I’ve ever had. We sat outside and I had to go inside and after 30 minutes had to ask the hostess to help out, which she did extremely well. We then had two different waitresses walk out and apologize. After we ordered, our food was delivered in a normal timing, but then we didn’t see anyone for an hour. Eventually i went inside and stood at the bar for 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged me until the hostess walked by, who apologized for the long wait and said she would cash me out if she could (she wasn’t allowed). Overall, great food, but worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Sadly, we did not have a good experience. The hostess had to help us (shout out to her) since no server came to our table. The food came out quickly once ordered but the quality and the quantity of the food was not in line with the high prices.

We were looking forward to a nice dinner based on the reviews. The atmosphere was really good, and the drinks and appetizers were too. We should have called it good at that point. I ordered the pork chop, a supposed specialty of the house. It was so overcooked I could barely cut it less eat it. Other members of our party ordered the salmon and that was tasty. The fourth in our party ordered the burger which was also overcooked. I’m willing to politely share feedback without being a jerk, but the server never asked how our meal was. I know this is a newer restaurant, and I’ll give them a chance, but visit number one was just so-so.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Don't ask to sit in one of the ski lift tables as seats too far from table and you can't move in. Also, pretty noisy, so just be aware it is not for a quite meal. Also, service at the bar, considering only 6 of us at it slow.
