   We have enjoyed the Cabin for years and never been disappointed. Great menu with options for all. Excellent service and friendly and fun proprietors. We will definitely be back for another great meal at the Cabin Bar and Grill in Big Sky!

    The Elk and Bison Prime Rib were amazing. Also enjoyed the Huckleberry cheesecake and the Huckleberry martini to cap off the meal. Staffed by locals who are very friendly. Will definitely go back!

    Food was flavorful and service was great. Only complaint is for 6 entrees 50% of them came out cold. Served on hot plates, but cold food (pork chop and the pheasant dishes come to mind). Not acceptable for the price, but this stuff happens and we rolled with it.

    The filet and local trout were just ok. The bison meatballs were very good. We believe everything overpriced but glad we finally experienced it.

    The food was outstanding. Starting with the complimentary bread, warm and fresh. Especially liked the whole grain. The meals were perfectly cooked. Beef, elk tenderloin and bison prime rib were awesome, flavorful exactly to our liking. Best restaurant on the mountain.

    We had a great meal here- the entry into the restaurant is through a mall/ski shop building but once you are inside it is very cozy and they have a lot of house made ingredients and unique dishes. Our group loved the elk tenderloin, bison & filet. The house made tomato bisque was very good as well. It is located at the base of big sky resort and I would definitely recommend! Good wine and cocktail options as well.

    We had a party of 6. We all started with the bison meatballs which were delicious. Three of us ate the elk tenderloin which was tender and very tasty. It was perfectly prepared at medium rare. The other 3 had various entrees. None of us were disappointed. We were surprised that all dishes were so good!! Service was great.

    We had a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner at The Cabin. The menu choices were extensive and we enjoyed both the elk tenderloin as well as the walleye. There were wonderful dessert choices as well and the wine/cocktails were perfect. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Big Sky! We'll definitely be back.

    Randomly picked the Cabin for dinner and found it was a long time local destination. Great food and service. The waitress was wonderful assisting with our food sensitivities. Returned for lunch 2 more days. Perfect stop If you are in Bug Sky!

    My guests and I were impressed with how delicious our dinners were. The portion sizes of each course were great. No one left hungry. By far the best value in the area! All of the staff was friendly. Our server was knowledgable and able to answer all of the questions we had about the menu as well as the wine list. We will definetly be back!

    Fantastic meal. Enjoy the Forest to Table menu. We had the Elk Tenderloin, and Pheasant. Both were cooked beautifully with wonderful sauces and accompaniments. Best meal at Big Sky hands down!
