Pls remove this restaurant from Open Table. there is no Ca Va Restaurant, only a bar called the Stinger. We found this out with 10 people who arrived for a pre-theater dinner. Then, we had to scramble to find a place to ear.

Unfortunately we were not notified that the restaurant was closed because of a private event. Because of this we were not able to make pre theater lunch elsewhere and were forced to sit in the lounge with small plates. Very disappointed that open table did not notify me!

Unfortunately, we did not get to eat at this restaurant. We had a confirmed reservation and when we arrived, we were told that there was no table for us and that we could only sit on a couch or a bad high top. They had a private event and we were never notified. It was pretty upsetting and we were meeting an important client... we had to relocate completely.

There has been a change from restaurant dining to cocktail hour lounge food. It's a fine spot to get together for quick, easy, good food pre-theater. But we liked the restaurant atmosphere better.

No wait service option and the buffet was skimpy with hard unappealing eggs, too little fruit, etc...awful. Amazing for a $45 per person breakfast!

Just a very bad experience ...I was embarrassed as I suggested CaVa to my client!

Recent do over took away space and limited menu. Is a quiet lovely space but food a bit overpriced. Still a nice place with unhurried service,

We've been to Ca Va several times, as well as other Todd English restaurants. Like the food, like the vibe, like it all. Will be back.

I was very disappointed. I went for brunch at 10:15ish but apparently brunch doesn't start until 11am there. We had to get the buffet instead of ordering off the menu. I was visiting with a friend I hadn't seen in a while so we were having a leisurely breakfast. They didn't tell us they were taking the buffet away so by chance we caught a little of it before it was all taken away. They put tip on the bill at the full 18% even though it's a buffet and we were only 2 people. I left a message on their voicemail for the manager to call me to provide feedback on my experience and no one called back. I love the Todd English restaurant in Las Vegas but I don't recommend this one.

We love this restaurant for pre theater dinner. The decor is beautiful and inviting. The food is delicious and the service is also very good. If you get Nick for a waiter you are lucky! He is the best waiter with a great personality.

Maybe we went on an off night. Wasn't really impressed. I went because I'm from Boston, and had been to Olives back in the day (80's?) when Todd English was the new hot chef. I thought this would be phenomenal, and I was really underwhelmed. The space is huge, and was not very busy and that took away from the ambiance. The server was inattentive and bordering on rude.

My wife, granddaughter and I had lunch here this past Wednesday before catching a matinee. My granddaughter is both gluten and dairy free and our waiter, Elez, went out of his way to make certain that each of her courses met this requirement, even insisting on replacing an onion soup because he thought some cheese might have gotten into it. I had the salmon and it was delicious. We were all very pleased.

Good selection great taste of going for a special occasion be sure to keep remind them that you have special requirements ( several times )

Creative menu with great dishes. The blueberry cheese cake is the most unusual that I've ever had and it was awesome.

Food was very good, service was very attentive. The room was a bit noisy, but that is the environment you would expect in this type of a restaurant. Good for a casual bite.

Went for breakfast as we were staying in the hotel. Excellent food. Eggs cooked perfectly.

Had the restaurant week menu here. Started with potaro leek soup with lobster fritter. One of the most tastless soups I ever ate. The fritter was just a glob of fried breading. Next had the pork loin which itself was good, but had a horrible overly cheesy cream sauce, and undercooked roasted fennel, I think it was. Dessesrt was ok. We were comped any dessert we wanted off the menu, because our food took so long to arrive. We ended up being served 2 desserts each -the rest wk one and the regular menu one, which was unecessary. A drink on the house would have been more appreciated. Decor & ambiance ver y nice. Service poor and foor edible but not memorable.
