Service was fast food was good. Waiter knew a large party was coming around the time of our reservation and she made sure to try her best to get our food order in to avoid the long wait.. we appreciated that as we had our ship to catch.

Food and drinks were great but the waiter was not attentive at all, we asked for the bill twice and saw him serving tables while we were waiting. The restaurant had like 3 tables only and there were other waiters.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this establishment. The service was atrocious from start to finish. The greeter lacked enthusiasm and seemed completely unhelpful, creating a flat and unwelcoming atmosphere. The waiter was repeatedly walking past my table without checking in. I had to request a water refill every single time, which felt like pulling teeth. Attention to detail was completely absent, and the food was below average—definitely not worth the money. To top it off, the bathroom was filthy and smelled awful, further souring the experience. If you’re considering dining here, save yourself the frustration and head to The Hendry, located just two floors down. It’s a much better choice. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Would not recommend.
