It’s not what I remember it to be - as far as the food. Food seemed kind of bland and took forever to get our food. Even the check in process, so many people behind the podium/desk area but no one really helping. We arrived early and they told us they would text and they didn’t. So when it got close to our actual time , they sat us about 10 mins after and let another 5pm reservation (that arrived after us) “check out” the seating area before they sat, I guess they didn’t want it so they gave it to us.

We had a wonderful lunch at C-Level. Great service, great food, and an outstanding view.

Beautiful views of the San Diego skyline, combined with scrumptious food. Everything was fantastic. We sat near the work station, so we could have done without the noise of the banging plates and cutlery, but overall a great meal.

Seated right by the water. Andrew was our waiter and he was amazing, super friendly, got jokes for days kept our group entertained. Food was fire. Will definitely come back again.

There is a beautiful view from the right table at C-level. We were seated in the middle of the deck, so not as expected on our visit from out of town. The food is good and high priced. This is a better spot for a girlfriend lunch or dinner. The best part was the exceptional service. The wait staff really puts in a great effort. Overall, rated too high for what they deliver.

Can't beat this view in San Diego. The plexi-glass and heaters make it a fabulous outdoor dining experience whatever the weather is.

The view was beautiful. Our server, Thomas was excellent and very attentive. The food was delicious, loved the fish tacos and the mud pie. They paid attention to safety protocols.

It was my husband's birthday, it was a pleasant day, the sun is out, just a beautiful day. We ordered some calamari and lobster bisque and it was delicious. My husband and I both had the fish and fish and it was really good, did try to use the passport card but they said they're not using it anymore :(

Drove down from Covina to spend the weekend in San Diego for date night. This place was recommended by a good friend and it did not disappoint. Food had me making all kinds of sounds (good sounds) with every bite...

The lounge was super cute with a view of the water. Seating was great and followed social distancing. It was my first time at this place and our waitress was super helpful. Jessie our waitress was amazing!!! Great service, such a doll, and super sweet. I loved her. She recommended great food and she wasn’t lying, it was BOMB! I never write reviews but I had to because I’ve never loved all my food at a restaurant. *Chefs kiss* it was a great experience!

Service was excellent. If we recall correctly, our server was Avery. We didn’t love the menu as we could not find much that intrigued us. The salmon that we ordered on the recommendation of our server was excellent. The flat iron steak salad was so so. Due to somewhat opaque plastic barriers among tables, the view was obscured.

We had a lovely server and the food was tasty. We did request a certain type of table, and rather than reserving that table, they told us we would have to wait an unknown amount of time if we we were going to get that table. We saw an empty table like the one we requested and our group of four was seating in the middle of the room, while a table of two was seated in the table we requested. For a special birthday celebration that was a bit unsatisfying.

Excellent food, service, and great views of San Diego Bay!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor patio had heaters and partitions and Covid precautions were strictly adhered to so it felt safe. The food was excellent, as always.

The food tasted great. We had the C-Level Louis Salad, Marinated Filet Mignon skewers, Lobster and Fontina BLT, and coconut shrimp appetizer. Everyone enjoyed the food at the time. Although the portion size for the full-size skewers was very small. About an hour later the person who had the lobster had intestinal issues, that continued for a while.
We did ask for waterside table, but got a booth. Also, our “special occasion” was never mentioned.

Vintana’s lanai is spacious with good distancing between tables. Service was excellent as always at Cohn restaurants, and I love the ambiance here, especially pretty at sunset.
The popovers with jalapeño butter are yummy, and my friend’s sea bass was superb.
Negatives: I’m not crazy about some of the sides served with entrees, e.g. sea beans. The pork chop was too salty for my taste but the menu did say “ all steaks + chops come with garlic mash and finished with maldon sea salt” so I was warned. The manager advised I request no salt in the future. For the price, the pork chop should have included a green vegetable as well. Still, this is one of my favorites places for happy hour or a meal.

The staff was fantastic from the hostess to the servers and bus person. Very enjoyable

My friend and I had a lovely time. Our server went above and beyond when my friend requested sea bass to take home to her husband. It’s on the dinner menu, but hey made it happen!! Wonderful service!

We had a great luncheon. Food was terrific and the ambiance was especially beautiful with the ocean breeze and the sail boats to enjoy. I highly recommend C-Level for lunch and dinner.

Absolute best service, amazing views and yummy eats! Great for special occasions. We had the fish tacos, French dip, calamari, mango stacks, and yummy cocktails!

Food was good, service was not as good as other times. The view is always great though!

Had an inattentive waiter which is unfortunate considering how much you’re paying, in addition to the 4% service tax which they add to your bill before tip. Food and location are prime, waiter was the only issue. Never checked back after we got our food and we needed/were missing things.
