Disappointed. Very expensive for what it was. The food was just "ok". I had a cup of mushroom soup ($8), which was very good. I also had the Cacio E Pepe for $22. The portion size is about the same size as a side dish at any other restaurant. Both the soup and pasta came out luke warm. They don't serve bread but said we could purchase pitas. My son ordered the Byrsa Chicken Tortellini ($26) - unfortunately he is allergic to peas and no where on the menu did it say this dish contained peas. Luckily he was able to trade with someone else. On a plus note, our server was pleasant.

We were celebrating my son making settlement on a new house - we were a party of five. We had the mushroom soup (delicious and we are in mushroom country) seafood, chicken, the caprese and calimari apps, bolognese, and everyone raved about the food. Our waitress was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. We will be back and would be happy to recommend this restaurant!

My wife and I have eaten here twice and both times the food was delicious and the service very friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you like good Italian food.

Everyone who worked there was very nice. The wood fired pizza was pretty good. Unfortunately, perhaps our expectations were too high from the pictures we saw (this was our first time here)… the wine offerings were really bad, the air had a strong odor of disinfectant (the restaurant was very clean, so there’s that), and after the appetizer we decided to steer clear of anything complicated and stick with pizza. Pizza turned out good and we’d consider take out from here in the future. I always hate to leave a bad review when the staff is very nice… But we would not go back to dine inside again based on the rest of the menu and drink quality and options. (and the smell). Missed the mark for us, but grateful the servers were very nice.

Good was very good. Happy with salads and pastas. Service also great. Nice updates to Ciao. Only thing we didn’t like were the 2 two tops in the entranceway. No one would want to sit there. Maybe a bench better, so place to sit while waiting.

The weather was icy and a bit snowy when we went. I suspect that did a number on their usual occupancy. However we didn’t mind having the quiet space, and the restaurant practically to ourselves. The food was excellent, so I do hope more people enjoy it soon!

Big hopes for this restaurant. It's tucked away in the corner of the strip mall where other good Italian restaurants have failed. They have made a couple improvements that hopefully leads to success; a nice sign so you can see it, two bar areas (PA made only liquor license feauturing local wine, spirits and craft beers), redesign of the interior so it is not pizza place looking, quality stemware (still a BYOB), and a nice menu that is Italian style focused as compared to their Kennett and Glen Mills restaurants. They are in the middle of their soft opening, but the room was crowded and the service was spot on.
