    The staff were exemplary, making sure we had a pleasant time. The recommendations on wine to accompany each meal were great. And thanks to the team for communicating in both English and Japanese. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.

    お料理はなかなか個性的で面白い ただノンアルコールのペアリングがないのとノンアルコールの種類があまりない。 ほんとは星三つくらいだけど今後の進化を期待して星は四つとしました。

    ¥12,000のコースをいただきました。 匂い、食感、味、プレゼンテーション、全ての感覚に訴えかけてくるとても繊細な料理でした。 塩味を前半は弱く後半はハッキリとさせることにより、種類が多くても飽きずに食べられるようになど、とても計算されているのにそれを感じさせず、次の一皿を楽しみに待ちながらいただきました。 一皿の量は少ないですが、ゆっくり味わいながらいただくので満足できました。 お酒が飲めないので、ノンアルコールの甘くないワインなどがあればもっと良かったなと思います。 甘いジュースは料理とは合わないし、ガス入りの水では物足りなく、ノンアルコールビールでもないものと合わせられたらと思いました。 それがちょっと残念でした。

    We chose byebyeblues for our 5th wedding anniversary dinner while on vacation in Japan. This was the first time we ever had a 12 course meal! Of course, portions are small and the presentation of each was nothing less than you would expect in Japan. Each course was uniquely Japanese/Italian fusion, an interesting combination that actually works well. As we were the only guests dining (a bit unusual for a Friday night) we had no problems with service, but I have no doubt it would have been equally good if the restaurant was busy. byebyeblues Tokyo is definitely worth a try for it's unique blend and presentation.

    日本一のイタリアン集団、サローネグループの新店。樋口総料理長のルーツとなるシチリアのミシュラン店の名前を掲げている。サローネやイルテアトリーノのルーツを感じる事ができるお店。

    ちょうどシェフが来日していました。 本店は海沿いらしく、魚介類中心のシチリア料理になります。 日本の食材を上手く取り入れて再構築されています。 どの料理も素晴らしかったです。

    新規開店おめでとうございます。 『byebyeblues TOKYO(バイバイブルース トウキョウ)』、どんな感じのお店なのか?ドキドキしながらお店に入りました。 一歩踏み出すと、そこは、サローネグループならではの、いつものホスピタリティあふれる空間でした。スタッフのウエルカムにホッと安心しました。

    We went there for Christmas eve. Not a very big restaurant actually, nicely decorated, quiet. Service was outstanding, food was very nice but not amazing. I would go again though as it's a very good restaurant and not that very expensive.

    9月に閉めたロットチェントに比べるとコスパは悪いかなぁと思いました。 ランチコース¥13,200をいただきましたがパンとお茶菓子ぬいて約7皿で炭水化物系の前菜が多かった印象。 サービス料金10%とるので、パン以外で前菜多めだと素晴らしかったと思います。
