    Wnebow offered a tasty selection of Spanish wines paired to Chefs original flavor menu. Interpreted Spanish food as the Paella , as a small waffer with crispy garnish. Fun night Lots of wine enthusiasts. Cheers!

    The main reason for the low rating is that the food is no where near as good as the chef thinks and the portions are so small that they really are a joke. Hence the value is really poor. And we left hungry. My wife and I had the 5 course dinner for $85 each. We had 3 glasses of wine and one cocktail. Total cost with tip $305. Ludicrous.

    This was a phenomenal experience for both the palate and the eyes. Every course was perfectly balanced and delicious as well as visually beautiful. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive. The entire experience is worth every penny!

    Patrik the chef combines familiar tastes with new ones in unexpected and pleasurable ways. Also the desserts by Jessica are sensational! Kelsey provides excellent explanations of each dish. She encourages slow eating to heighten the enjoyment. What a tremendous experience!

    Everything was delicious and innovative. The waffle with morel paté was one of the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Hope it is a reoccurring item on the menu.

    Prepare yourself for “The Bear” ( in a good way). It’s a marvel. Located within Kompose, a minimalistic immaculate European feeling hotel, this restaurant could be considered a gem in any big city. Chef Patrik is the real thing. His plates are creative and extraordinarily delicious…. Each course, a still life painting, is packed with unforgettable taste sensations. Thank you Chef! We will be returning.
